Great experience. Staff super accommodating. Everyone smiling and happy. Only negative thing, a lots of ants. Biten all over.

I recommend to avoid this hotel. The room was always dirty. Numerous, repeated service failures that made for an aggravating stay, and management expressing no regret over repeated blatant security violations that left the entire room open to anyone for entire day twice(!). Lugubrious people standing around with stinky cigarette smell all around them, but actual service non-existent while everyone seems to have a hand open for a tip for just standing around.

The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff.

I booked a superior duplex room but their idea of a duplex is a bedroom in the basement. It was damp and smelly. I asked for a room change but they did not have any to offer. I asked for downgrade and they did not offer any.

Nice hotel und nice personals

J’ai adoré mon séjour de 2 nuits en compagnie de ma famille. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres. Les chambres étaient très propres avec des lits King confortables. Le service d’entretien effectué par Mme Fouzia Lekhal était impeccable. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. L’hôtel est bien situé près de tous les attraits touristiques de la ville spirituelle de Fès. C’est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je reviendrai InchaALLAH,

Very nice and beautiful hotel excellent service with 3 different restaurants and very good spa and hammam facilities. We enjoyed our time there tremendously.

Excellent stay in Marriott's

The Bed was very comfortable and the Staff was ALL amazing. Everyone would stop to help us. I have not been in a hotel that had such kind and helpful staff!

Hotel is being updated on a regular basis. Service is great. Facilities even better. Food is inconsistent.

Pour la 4 ème fois nous avons décider de séjourner au Marriott et comme d'habitude ce fût une expérience incroyable. L'hôtel est très bien situé il est d'une propreté incroyable et l'odeur à l'entrée et envoûtante.
