Stay was good, room and bathroom was clean. Room included a small balcony as well. Floors were quite creaky.

Hotel aconchegante, vista linda para os Alpes e café da manhã espetacular. Todos os colaboradores muito prestativos. Local tranquilo e com fácil acesso a todos os passeios da região. O apartamento que ficamos era bem espaçoso. Nos hospedamos com criança e foi tudo preparado para recebê-la. Importante ressaltar que se trata de um prédio histórico, o que pode dificultar a acessibilidade. Tivemos a experiência de jantar no restaurante do hotel e foi ótimo. A comida deliciosa e o atendimento maravilhoso.

Great location. Breakfast was ok. The room was nice but a bit dated, needs new carpets and our toilet leaked. Shower wasnt tall enough for a tall person to stand up straight in it.

Very accommodating!! Excellent service. Definitely will come back with my whole family. Pool sauna and steam bath as soon as we got there!! Love it. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Next time

Outdated but clean. Super calm at night. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Easy way to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. I loved my stay!

It was a pleasant stay, immersing ourselves into Swiss life.

Stayed for 2 nights and loved everything about this hotel. Quaint and charming with everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Interlaken area. We had 2 rooms for our family of 4 and did not want to leave. Fantastic mountain views from bedroom windows. Enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and had a couple of beers in the bar. Breakfast was great with everything you needed. Switzerland is not cheap but this hotel was a fantastic option and not too pricey when compared to others.

Nice service

4 of us stayed only one night. All 4 are adults. Possibly the hotel assumed that it was 2 adults and 2 children staying. The two sharing the “pull out” bed, I being one of them, didn’t sleep more than 2 hours due to the rock hard bed. Please don’t assume a room for 4 people is not 4 adults.

This is great hotel and offers free breakfast buffet which was probably the best we had in Europe thus far! My only suggestion is it’s time to swap out the pullout couches for real beds in the 4 person rooms. While the twin beds were extremely comfortable, the pull out was not at all but what you’d expect from a pull out. The staff was amazing and the view in from the top floor room was so beautiful to wake up to

We spend two nights at the Bear Inn, we got a top floor room which was exceptional because we had a beautiful view of the mountains, the room is spacious but the bathroom is small, this is a vintage building so floors are wood and if you walk you hear the wood cracking, the 105 bus leaves you right next to the hotel or otherwise you can walk 10 minutes to the train station. Breakfast is ok

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Jungfrau region. The hotel is rustic but super cute! Parking is on site. The staff were very helpful and patient. The included breakfast was lovely and the coffee was great! We opted to purchase the 1/2 board (dinner) and we were very impressed! It was a 3 course meal with several choices (including vegetarian and local dishes) at a very reasonable price. The only negative is the walls are very thin and the people in the rooms next to us were loud. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay here, such a charming hotel in a beautiful location. Parking on-site & convenient spot to get everywhere. Room was spacious, clean & warm, pack earplugs though as not super soundproofed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast & restaurant foods were delicious.
