The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel is extremely quiet

The Excelsior Magenta Hotel is probably the best option to stay in Magenta. Rooms are a bit small but nice and clean and well equipped. Reception is always helpful and courteous, and the two ladies running the breakfast room on the top of the building are wonderful, as is the breakfast they prepare. I travel a lot and only get to Magenta about once every 2 years, but each time this hotel is a highlight of my travels.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gegangen und man merkt es. Trotzdem ist das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis gut. Man kann Mailand / Rho Messegelände sehr schnell und einfach mit dem Zug erreichen.

Çok rahat etiğim bir oteldir, merkeze yakın, tren istasyonuna yakın vs.....

Albergo un pò vetusto e caro rispetto alla media. In ogni caso le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

This place is a gem. Centrally located, tidy, superclean rooms, very clean and pleasant baths, very friendly and helpful personnel, and a really neat breakfast buffet. I enjoy being here every time.

Al checkin non trovavano la prenotazione: risposta dell'addetto "oggi non è giornata". Una camera singola pagata € 140 per una notte vale meno della metà. Parcheggio solo per N. 4 autovetture. La cena al ristorante dell'hotel ha un costo esagerato servita dallo stesso che stava in reception: da far passare l'appetito. Stavo ancora in camera ad un orario antecedente al checkout sento suonare alla porta per ben 2 volte perchè l'addetta voleva pulire la camera. Al checkout mi fanno la ricevuta dove vedo che dovevo pagare poco di € 154 ma faccio presente che la camera l'avevo già pagata al momento della prenotazione con contestuale addebito della mia carta di credito: risposta dell'addetto sempre lo stesso: controllo perchè il pagamento non mi risulta. Dopo 5 minuti chiede scusa e mi ha rifatto una nuova ricevuta e mi dice dammi la carta di credito e rispondo ma te l'ho data prima: risposta già è vero si era ficcata sotto un foglio di carta. Non vedevo l'ora di uscire. Giudicate Voi!!!

Great hotel immediately adjacent to train station. Friendly staff, clean room and lovely breakfast in food too restaurant.

this hotel was a great find in a fantastic little town. Much to see and do, just wish I was there longer than one short night.

Excellent gym, great restaurant and the staff was more than helpful when we had a flat tire and needed help to get it fixed. I will stay here whenever i am in the area.

Angenehme Lage mit gratis Parking für PW. Neben einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen. Für Durchreisen oder Kurzrufhalte sehr gut geeignet. Früstück typisch italienisch mit vielen Süssspeisen. Hotelpool war sauber und wird beaufsichtigt, leider werden keine Getränke am Pool angeboten - bitte mitnehmen. Internationale Klientele.

Im Zimmer ist kein Wasserkocher oder Tee / Kaffee. Das muss man sich im Spa Bereich nehmen. Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich groß und das Bad auch nicht. Keine Badewanne. Und sehr alter look. Aber voll ok. Der Spa ist klein aber fein und sauber. Die Gym ist auch ok, klein aber man kann trainieren. Das Frühstück ist auch gut.
