Lovely Hotel with Spa! Felt Spa was a bit expensive for the quality of the facilities! Staff all very helpful & friendly. Very good comfy dog friendly hotel. Nice little touches with dog treats, beds & bowls! Excellent dining for guests.

Lovely bright clean room with a great shower and large fluffy towels and amenities Staff are really friendly and breakfast offers a nice variety with very fresh produce There is a nice walk along side the hotel and opposite where there is a park if you have your dog with you

It was our second journey to Pamplona and we chose Luze El Toro again, because we had such a lovely stay two years ago. The hotel is very conveniently located in the suburbs of Pamplona directly next to one of the main roads, which makes it very easy to get to. Parking spaces are directly infront of the hotel and ample, so that you will always be able to park, even if you arrive late. The hotel itself is a most beautiful old building, which exudes the charm of bygone times, while the rooms and public spaces are renovated and top notch when it comes to design and equipment. On top of that, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a must for us, since we travel with our little family dog. We knew that the hotel, due to its age, does not have an elevator, and therefore asked for rooms, that do not require to walk too many stairs (our dog cannot walk stairs anymore and has to be carried). Wonderful Nerea from the reception team went forth and back to fulfill our wishes for both of our stays during these holidays. She gave us two most beautiful rooms and we could not have been happier (@Nerea: Thank you soooo much for everything!!!). We did not have breakfast, but chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner twice. We do highly recommend to do so. The service is very friendly and highly efficient and the kitchen simply is brilliant. Chose whatever pleases you from the menu, you will always be highly delighted. We can only recommend Luze El Toro and will defintely come back in the future.

Perfect safe easy parking outside entrance. Reception staff such warm welcoming after a long drive. Nice gratifying drink of local wine from the bar with an enjoyable meal. Lower ground floor bedroom exposed to noise from equipment moved by staff in early morning with the possible barking of residents dogs

Tout s'est très bien passé, personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et prix de la chambre et du restaurant avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner très bon aussi.
