Nice hotel, 20min walk from Florence ´s historic center but completely surrounded by nature.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to downtown Florence. Breakfast was also acceptable. Our room was renovated and clean but extremely uncomfortable. The sitting area and bathroom were on the first floor and bedroom was upstairs. The ventilation was so poor that we had to leave the first floor windows wide open at night but they didn't have mosquito screens and we got tortured by mosquitos all night. We asked to be relocated but they said they were all booked. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but the drain cap was missing and they refused to provide us with one so we couldn't use the bathtub. The building is not equipped with elevator and the receptionist who showed us our room on the second floor, didn't offer to help us with our heavy luggage.

Good place to stay with your family (nice and quiet rooms) and to park if you have a car, but note it is a 25 minute walk to the main areas. However you can take a taxi, the drink desk can call it or download the local taxi app (you cannot drive into the main areas if you don’t have a permit). Overall a good choice.

Situé à 20 minutes à pied du pont. Bus pas très loin plus pratique. Le plus de cet hôtel le parking !

The property was very pretty and picturesque. Rooms were well maintained. Staff was very courteous and helped us with Tea Pot in the room. The bathrooms were not furnished with hair Conditioners. Air conditioning was not available

Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill.

Hotel muito confortável, limpo e funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã era excelente, uma variedade muito boa e sem restrições. O localização não é tão perto do centrinho, mas é perto da praça michelangelo e tem ponto de onibus perto que chega no centro rapidinho. Ideal para quem quer fazer bate e volta em cidade das toscana.

Beautiful gardens

Minha estádia foi muito boa, o hotel oferece estacionamento sem custo. Fica perto para ir ao centro de Florença andando.

We were told on the day of arrival that the kitchen was closed for renovations and there would be no service at breakfast.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé, à 20 min à pied du centre mais avec parking gratuit ce qui est rare !! Chambre très confortable et belle. Bonne literie.

Die Lage und das Personal waren super. Leider roch das Badezimmer stark und der Abfluss war verstopft. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

O local do hotel é muito bonito, tem um amplo estacionamento. Nosso quarto deixou muito a desejar. Ficamos no terceiro andar, me sentindo em uma região quase como um sótão em virtude da escada ser ruim e apertada para passar com malas pesadas. O banheiro é antigo, com banheira pequena e apertada o que molha todo o banheiro no momento do banho, nos brasileiros gostamos de tomar um bom banho e não foi nada confortável durante nossa estadia. O café da manhã era bem saboroso porém apenas uma funcionária pra fazer tudo, ela bem se esforçava para atender a todos, repor os alimentos e ainda ter que administrar a máquina de cafés, que penso que deveria estar de fácil acesso para que o hóspede aperte o botão e assim não tenha que sobrecarregar a funcionária. Se chegar tarde no café corre o risco de não ter mais nada. O funcionário da recepção do período noturno nos deu algumas boas orientações sobre o acesso à cidade e ao ônibus que parava perto do hotel.
