Very central

Simple and convenient to everything. Good facilities and fun for the kids.

Our room was so dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned...very musty smell, pool were highlight for our children but other than that i would've re book here...moved to another hotel...

Great location, attractive property, large rooms, and well serviced. A bit of cleaning was overlooked in my room (sticky table syndrome) but could happen anywhere.

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Both rooms decor were a little outdated. But we always put super clean bathrooms and comfortable beds with quality bedding above anything for a short stay. However 1 bathroom had some cleanliness issues that were quite obvious. So that was a little disappointing. But it wouldn't stop us from staying again if it was 1 or 2 nights

We were greeted by friendly staff, which was nice, however a couple of things to note, it was mentioned we have robes and slippers in our room, there was nothing, I called the lobby and the lady said she will send some, we heard nothing at all... Quite disappointing, we used the spa on roof top and it was not hot at all, these things need to be checked regularly and maybe also enforcing the rules of no glass near the pool, there was an accident that night with glass bottle.

I booked a room with a bathtub but was given a shower only. Asked for a vase to be brought to the room as well as pillows they had advertised being available on their pillow menu, but never received and was just left waiting and never received an update that they weren’t bringing or could accommodate. Other than that, it was a nice stay

We received a very friendly welcome when we arrived at 1am. Very comfortable room in the Tower wing, although bathroom could do with a refresh. It was very clean, just a bit dated. Housekeeping staff worked to a very high standard and recruiting staff were very helpful. Perfect location for a walk into the central area of the city and the harbour. Stunning view from the balcony was an unexpected bonus!

Had a wonderful 2-night stay with friends at the Rendezvous Heritage Hotel. The location is very central, no more than 5 minutes from Queen Street and the Sky Tower. It was quiet at night (slightly noisy with beeping cars and sirens during the day), but it quieted down at night. The staff were always available, very friendly and helpful. We ate one night at the German restaurant in the hotel. It was ok, but not amazing, and the one staff member on serving that night seemed quite overwhelmed by herself on the floor. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and gym areas, and they were lovely areas and so well maintained and pleasant to spend time to sit around the outdoor pool. The room was very spacious, with lots of storage and well-stocked with amenities. There was a mini-kitchen in our room which was very useful, and the bathroom was very large and well-sticked. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would stay again and would recommend!

Lovely old building. Beautiful lobby, floors, and great pool and tennis court. Rackets could be better.

Excellent location, friendly nd helpful staff. Good locations to eat nearby. There was no breakfast but there is a third party German restaurant in the building which we did not try. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very spacious compared to newer hotels.

Nice size rooms, clean well laid out. Disappointed there was nowhere in the hotel to get a drink, no lobby bar no pool bar and the only food place closed at 1:30

We will be back! We loved it

空港からバスターミナルのあるスカイタワーからスーツケースを引いて歩ける距離にあるので選びました。街歩きによいロケーションですが、建物が古く、館内が入り組んでいます。バスタブの掃除が不十分だったのが、日本人として気になりました。 古い施設特有の贅沢な間取り、キッチンと洗濯機付き(食器や、食洗機、洗剤までついていました)なところは、連泊、長期滞在にはありがたい設定でした。

The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. I felt unsafe using the shower over the bath. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We wanted some cookies to have with our drinks.
