Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help.

Points positifs: hotel bien situé, belle piscine, chambre spacieuse avec climatisation qui fonctionne bien et lit confortable, petit déjeuner correct. Points negatifs: wifi qui fonctionnait mal, femme de menage qui laisse toutes les portes des chambres grandes ouvertes quand elle fait le menage ds l’etage meme s’il y a des bagages

the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful..room was very nice and clean..was nice to relax by the pool, play cards and have a few beers..very nice place and would totally recommend and would stay here again

Gut geführtes Hotel an einer belebten Straße gelegen. Nicht weit entfernt vom zentralen Busbahnhof und der Innenstadt. Freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Sowohl für Geschäftsreise als auch für Städtetripp geeignet.

Our stay was OK the hotel rooms do need a bit of refreshing. Overall was so so.

Very authentic, great staff, pool is delicious, food is good. Matresses are too soft and bathrooms need work.

Easy to find, well kept, nice rooms. I guess one could spend less in Ouarzazate and still find a good place, but I would reccomend it nevertheless. Only drawback: wifi doesn't work, anyway it didn't when I was there.

C'est un hôtel bien situé et propre. Les chambres sont belles, bien équipée et propres. Le personnel à la réception et au bar est accueillant. Cependant, ne pas prendre les repas à l'hôtel car le service à la table est très mauvais et la nourriture est vraiment ordinaire. Il y a d'excellents restaurants, qui sont abordable, plus loin sur la rue. Prévoir environs 2 jours pour visité Ouarzazate, pas plus! The hotel is well located and clean. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped and clean. The staff at the réceptionet and bar is welcoming. However, do not take meals at the hotel as the table service is very poor and the food is very ordinary. There are excellent restaurants that are affordable, further down the street. Allow about 2 days to visit Ouarzazate, no more!

Nous avions demandé deux chambres mitoyennes car nous avons 3 enfants. L'hotel était quasi vide et ils nous proposaient 2 chambres séparés !!! ce fut réglè assez vite. Sinon à part,la télé qui ne fonctionne pas mais dont on s'en fiche car pas de chaine en francais ni anglais et qques portes d'armoire qui tombent et qui n'auront pas été réparées !!! L'accueil est trés bon et tous les employés très sympa ! Surtout Asna au restaurant dont mon fils de 4 ans était tombé amoureux ;0). les repas sont peu variés mais plutôt bien meilleurs que dans bcp de restaurant. Piscine très très propre et agréable. Franchement c'est globalement bien.

l'hotel propose aussi la nuit sous la tente chez les bedouins.Piege a c.., la tente est situé derriere la premiere dune à 50 m

le plus peu de groupe hotel tranquille chambre propre personnel aimable. Le moins la vétuisté de certains équipements les chaises longues de la piscine la télévision. L eau de la piscine malgré la chaleur exterieure (mi mai) est glacée.
