Situation privilégiée avec vue directe sur l’océan la chambre réservée ( vue mer) était superbe au troisième étage . Propre et très bien ventilée naturellement . Calme de la vieille ville , proximité de toutes les facilités restaurants commerces et charme d’un grand Riad bien décoré. Au quatrième étage belle terrasse panoramique restaurant non testé mais belle salle dans laquelle est servi un copieux petit déjeuner . Le personnel d’accueil est plein d’humour et compétent .

Lot of items for the daily breakfast buffet. Shopping/eating around this place. Kind of far away to walk from the taxi dropping areas. Flat areas, no steps. This hotels has a elevator. Rooms need more plug points and bright lights. Outside kind of dirty due to cats/dogs. We saw even locals cover their noses around this area. Although some one washed the roads one day, maybe need to do more often.

A great location inside the Medina with morrocan hospitality. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful! The seaside view rooms are definitely worth booking. The upstairs terrace where meals were served had excellent ambiance and views as well!

My wife and I absolutely loved this riad/hotel!! The hospitality and service is remarkable. All of the workers are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. Lastly, the ocean view from our hotel room was surreal and like a dream. We loved falling asleep to the ocean waves at night. The hotel has so much charm and is one of my all time favorite hotels and that’s coming from a world traveler who has been to a lot of hotels. My wife and I even went to the Atlas Mountains after our stay at the hotel and ended up immediately coming back to this hotel during the same trip since we missed it so much. I rarely write hotel reviews but this one certainly deserved it! We can’t wait to come back again soon.

We didn't get the sea view suite that we booked, which was very unfortunate, but they did give us a free dinner which was excellent, and they also gave us a nice fruit basket. We ended up in a standard room which looked out on to the Medina. It was very noisy outside at night and while the room was beautiful, the bathroom was a big letdown. It had a shower/tub combination with a shower curtain and it was quite awful. The hotel itself is spectacular and in a nice location for exploring the Medina. The restaurant and rooftop terrace are very nice, and the food was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you get an upgraded room.

A magical place!!!

The highlight of this hotel is the view. Absolutely aim for an ocean view room, but if not, there are ample opportunities to enjoy the view from the rooftop, the enclosed rooftop lounge, or the wall of windows in the dining area. Staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the women at the front desk - they made us feel welcomed and valued right from the start! This hotel has an elevator. We're normally stair people, but after long days, or when moving luggage, it's so nice to have the elevator option. The only downside was the breakfast. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't good either. Breakfast was more of an opportunity to grab a bottled water for the day and get a little something in the belly before heading out, but never more than okay. The good thing is there are a number of wonderful restaurants in town.

Un beau petit Ryad directement dans la médina. L’accueil était très chaleureux. Chambre 306 directement en dessous de la cuisine ce qui s’avère très bruyant. Personnel courtois. Très bon déjeuner avec vue magnifique sur l’océan.
