I traveled to this property for a solo trip to the Cape and thoroughly enjoyed by stay. My room was a bit dated but lovely just the same! The staff I encountered were amazingly pleasant and helpful! Also, being steps away from private access to Smuggler’s Beach was an awesome perk! 10/10 would recommend! 🤗

The suite was very clean and nicely decorated and had a cute balcony to see the ocean. The amenities were very nice. It was wonderful to have a private beach. The location is great in the mid Cape to get to many sites.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for the first time this past week.. I was not skeptical nor did I question the reputation of this hotel as I had seen the reviews before we left and they were excellent .. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law both have stayed at smugglers and they said it was amazing .. but to experience it was pretty awesome. The hotel staff was extremely professional, and very nice.. the room you couldn’t ask for anything better .. we stayed on the second floor, which had a balcony.. the room was clean. The linens were clean. This place has a lot of great and convenient amenities that customers would really appreciate like we did.. we will definitely be back next year!! Great location; great room - really cute. We wish we could've stayed longer!

Cute, beach themed unit. Perfect size for us as a couple. Had a bedroom area, living room and dining area with a sink, fridge, and microwave. There is a small outdoor back porch area just behind the unit if you want to grill or chill outside and a small porch within the unit overlooking the parking lot and beach. A divider to split the bedroom and living room area the only thing is the ac is on the living room side so it got hot in the bedroom side so we had to leave it open which allowed the room to be really bright early in the morning. Only 1 small shampoo mixed with conditioner bottle offered so definitely bring your own soap, lotion and hair products. Pool is small but not crowded and remains open until 10pm. It also has adult only hours. They have a small private beach area which is accessible at night and an area for hotel social events.

This was an unexpected trip. We loved our stays, perfect location. Being on the bottom is a plus with the back patio area. We will definitely be back.

Studio room was excellent Clean. Everything you need. The resort does not supply beach chairs or umbrellas. No bar or restaurant on site but plenty of options close by.

Clean room and nice location

Every single time I stay there, I'm comfortable. The place is beautiful, well kept and clean. The employees are amazing and very accompanible. It's like a home away from home.

The rooms are very clean. Location is good. It takes only 15 minutes driving to Grays beach.

The layout of our room was perfect and the view fabulous. This property also takes great care in every detail. Everything we needed was there, plus some perks!

Very nice hotel on the beach

I really like this hotel, this is my second time coming. I was a little disappointed with the room that I got since when I booked it was suppose to be a studio with a balcony but about 2 months after I booked they messaged me saying this room did not have a balcony. They told me the room they put me in was bigger, second floor, ocean view (sounded really nice). Ultimately it wasn’t much of an ocean view as it was the furthest away from the ocean. Things happen and I understand that, overall still like this hotel, everything besides the room I got was great (and not complain about the room it was still nice, I just enjoy their balcony and having a nice ocean view).

We have stayed there three times now and are very pleased with the property. If we come again, I would prefer not be asked if we are interested in buying into the timeshare. We are too old to do that and our kids do not want it either. The only other negative thing I can tell you s that I feel the 10 AM check out is too early Most places that we have been to is 11 Am. Also, there was a couple of people playing loud music in the pool until it closes ths weekend that was annoying. The gentleman on duty asked them to turn it down but as soon as he left, they turned it up, I believe that his parents were owner at the resort. they were nice but annoying with the music.
