The room was dirty, the floors were so gross. we had no instructions on what to do the day of check in, we contacted the hotel and had to wait over 30 minutes for the receptionist lady, they didn’t even take payment so we had to call again to request payment. We also requested to change rooms and the lady was so rude to us about it, wouldn’t ever stay here again and there was bugs all around , need some pest control.

A beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views over the ocean. The grounds and pool were beautifully maintained and the lovely lady at the bar was friendly, welcoming and most helpful. What let this place down for us was the room. It needed an upgrade and was dirty.

We loved our 1 night stay at the resort, the ocean side room provided us with a stunning view. The room was extremely clean. It is an older resort so the certain things were a bit dated like the bathroom, but it didn't take away from the room with beautiful decor. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful position lovely staff but very dated

Room with a view was amazing, shower flooded every time when used it, the bar and restaurant where never open, pillows where very thin, Rooms need updating as there was paint off walls, there was no communication to staff that we where coming

Dolphin Heads is an awesome spot to stay. Rooms are clean and have great views.They do not have a reception for checking in guests. Once there you get left on your own to figure out where you are staying although the staff can be helpful once located

No gear to wash dishes or t towels

Curtains had mould. Ants on bathroom walls and kitchen bench. Could not use kitchen facility as we did not have a stove in our room. $25 each for cocktails that bar staff had no idea how to make. No room service or any services were available. The view was great though. I would not recommend.

Room needed better cleaning bed was like sleeping on a rock

Room was in need of a decent clean. Thick dust on bathroom vent and on framed pictures in room. Sheer curtain mouldy and falling apart. Entry door sticks badly. Linen was clean and basic cleaning done. Such a shame this resort is run down. We booked as it said there was a restaurant but it was closed. The pool was beautiful and the grounds and gardens are well kept. Room was dated but we didn't care about that, it just needed a good clean and maintenance done. No beach access as only rock walls.

The room was spotless; however, we had a problem with the water in the bathroom. It took us a long time to shower because, for some reason, the water would stop coming out, and we had to wait for it to start again.

Room was great, very clean. Beautiful view of the beach.

Ants everywhere upstairs all over the inside table for 3days

No staff around. Clean but needing maintenance. Lots of Ants. Verandah roof leaking. Outdoor table and chairs in need of replacing

Room was great, view was fantastic, would recommend to others. Door lock needs replacing as very hard to open with key
