Punto di forza e’ la posizione, proprio all’inizio della passeggiata sullo spettacolare lungomare di Viareggio. Il personale alla reception è gentile e pronto a risolvere problemi ( la procedura di inserimento codice nella cassaforte della stanza è complicata!). La camera è pulita, mentre il bagno lascia a desiderare (incrostazioni vicino al dispenser di sapone sul lavabo). Armadio capiente. Buona anche la cena al ristorante dell’albergo.

Schönes Zimmer, alles war sauber, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Schade, dass für den Zugang zum Strand extra bezahlt werden muss. Sonst alles top.

WOW When I arrived I was WELCOMED by Mateo, such a nice person who explained the many details and amenities... there are MANY... with a smile and a true desire to help. When I left, I had a great interaction with Luca that even gave me a parting gift connected to his cultural heritage! Beyond the staff, the location of the hotel and the quality makes it the best value in the area. If you are coming with a car, they can arrange parking beach access deck chairs massages, spa access, bike rentals... name it!!! For very low fees, just want to head to the beach, they got your beach bag for ya complete with beach towel complimentary and since the beach is steps away you can leave your key at the front desk so as to not have to worry about any of your stuff left on the beach when swimming! Many of the HOtel rooms have balconies but if you don't have one, you can head to the 4th floor for the "secret" roof top terrace! They include breakfast in the stay and the "colazione" is HUGE!!! with 4 types of croissants while I was there and the best crispy bacon (yes perfect) along with many local specialties. There is also a high level restaurant attached to the hotel for diner! I will definitely return to this hotel!

Great location Breakfast it’s inconvenient it’s a buffet style but you need to ask for everything so it’s limited. Gym it’s not good very inconvenient limited equipment and extremely small also it’s a spa gym so it’s used for personal training and no ac so if you need to use the gym it’s not good .

Proximity of the ocean, friendly staff nice buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, good housekeeping Restaurant should have more dinner options for kids like chicken, hamburgers and fries etc

Our stay at Hotel Residence Esplanade was fantastic. Our room lived up to expectations, particularly the hot tub. Breakfast was lovely each day and the staff were very helpful.

Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir wollten vorort die Zimmer gern vorher ansehen, wir wurden durchs Haus geführt und haben uns das Zimmer ausgesucht. Gym ist sehr gut und kostenfrei. Privaten Wellness gegen Aufpreis haben wir nicht gebucht. Im 4. OG ist eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Frühstück ist gut. Parken war für 10€ /Tag problemlos möglich. Vor der Türe und auch gegenüber sind 11 Watt Ladestationen.

Consigliatissimo x location, distanza dalla spiaggia praticamente fronte mare, colazione abbondante e varia, camere spaziose, pulizia impeccabile e gentilezza del personale. Torneremo quanto prima e lo consigliamo vivamente !!!!

Hotel di ottimo livello, camere spaziose e confortevoli, unica pecca, il rumore generato dai sistemi di condizionamento generali dell'hotel che si accendono intorno alle 6 di mattina e sono particolarmente rumorosi. Buono il ristorante e molto disponibile il personale interno

Hotel is super spacious, beautiful christmas lights outside the building. Staff are super friendly - we booked 2 rooms & they upgraded one of them so we could be together. Will be back again next year :)

Lovely hotel and staff, great to be so close to the beach!

The bicycles the hotel provided were not easy to ride. If you plan to ride for the entire day (like we did) rent bikes somewhere else.

Good location, very helpful and kind staff at reception, nice apartment but unfortunately with an ugly view onto the inner yard, farewell olive oil gift, but anyway services are not in line with a 4 star grade- beach just for money, no wellness, no sports possibilities in hotel as an included service, on the roof terrace no shade and no bar, the reception desk has no design it is situated quite hidden in the corner and it looks like as it were in a motel. Max. 3 stars superior grade.

This hotel was fantastic. Service was wonderful. We stayed in the “romance room” which has a plunge pool on the balcony. Easy walk to excellent restaurants
