Staff was friendly, room was lovely, but the spa was a disappointment, hardly any sun loungers, pool too small. Partner said men’s changing rooms was dirty and unhygienic. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Spa area also seemed dirty, so we didn’t get any use of the facilities there. Personal opinion- only allow certain amount of people in the spa so it doesn’t get too crowded.

Stay was good. Neighbours smoking cannabis, wasn't a pleasant smell around the corridors despite being a smoke free environment.

The staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond with their service. The restaurant and bar are very good with great service. Very comfortable setting. The rooms are nice and clean.The decor is pleasant and rooms are bright. I found this hotel to be quiet. They have magnets on the hall doors that shut at night. It stops the noise. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property screams "old". Old carpet. Chairs that are old and faded. Poor lighting. Drab common areas.

Nice and clean hotel. Check in was easy. Just need to pay for parking.

Carpark large potholes, not fit. Damaged my car

I had an issue with my antidepressants being on my luggage which ended up being left behind. I went through severe withdrawal symptoms and was in acute distress. Mauritania, Stephan, and Rad went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was well cared for the entire time. The hotel industry really needs more people like them. They truly exemplify what customer service is all about.

Great affordable hotel.

Staff were great, the room was small and the air conditioning didn't work, which meant I had to have to sleep with the window opened, listening to the M5 all night. They did move me for the second night to an air conditioned room.

Reasonably priced and comfortable

Great location for an event at The Hawthorns - just don't expect to have a full size desk to work on. Other than that happy to recommend.

Staff were friendly and welcoming

Excellent hotel with cleanliness being well kept over, was a very comforting experience. Only complaint would be Staff could’ve become more welcoming with no smiles and weird looks to be given

All round it was a stress free stay.

Breakfast was very good. They had real tomatoes rather than the tinned version and there was a good range and choice. Bed and pillows all very comfortable and all the facilities worked including the air conditioner. Check in was quick and easy but I was surprised that they charged guests for parking.

The location of the hotel is in a nice quiet area. The room was a really good size, clean and well kept and the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was good. I have marked it down slightly as I was charged £7 for parking which seems ridiculous to me, this is not a budget hotel and while the quality of the hotel was very good value for money being charged for parking is unnecessary.

Was disappointed with location but I should have checked. Not in a nice area. Staff friendly and service breakfast was good. The pool was very tired and budget in appearance.
