Not safe, key cards randomly don’t work(got stuck in elevator). Inconvenient, MONEY DRAIN and includes very little. Noisy- very, walls are thin.

Twelve Midtown was everything! It’s located near shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. We stayed for three nights during Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter weekend and the location wasn’t too far from the Mercedes Benz stadium. It’s very clean and the decor gives a modern feel. The full kitchen and in-unit washer & dryer are a plus and it made it feel like we had everything we needed in one location. The beds were comfy and clean and I lovedddd the floor to ceiling windows and balcony. This will definitely be my go-to stay whenever I’m in the Atlanta area.

I like everything about the hotel so I do choose to stay there whenever I come to ATL

Fine place, but the only reason I booked was because washer/dryer offered, but no laundry detergent offered

Wonderful hotel with amazing front desk staff! (Wish I got the ladies names) Cleaning of the bathrooms could’ve been better upon our arrival and during our stay. Otherwise, this property is 8-10. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Love concept but dirty , toilet was dirty, holes in the couch befs hard and mold in the bathroom

So I don't leave that many reviews, unless it was superb, and this hotel was superb!!! Everything was clean, staff was so kind and helpful, the food was awesome, and the location was just astounding! Didn't have any issues checking in, getting my car parked, and no complaints on the food. Although the only downfall to our stay was the shower and bath took a moment for the hot water to come on. But overall this was such a pleasant and wonderful stay, I even almost stayed for another night just because how amazing it was!

It was nice very good area a lot of places to eat and shop

No sound proof glass, so all the sounds of traffic would be heard even in the bed room area. The ice maker and water from fridge did not work, shower and tub was way smaller than they looked in the photos.

Location, convenience for eating, shopping, relaxing outdoors, security, there was no one to help with bags, or request taxi service. i liked that there were no kids running around in the hotel.
