Clean nice beach view

Friendly staff and rooms clean and comfortable. Great view from room and grounds offer plenty of options.

Sauber, schöne Pools, schöner Strand, freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut.

Very clean close to beach

Rent och fräscht. Serviceinriktad personal. Bra läge. Trevlig snacksbar i anslutning till den privata stranden hade perfekt utbud till lunch och mellanmål, dryck. Ok frukost, men det bästa med hotellet.

Small rooms, not 4 star level

Hôtel très agréable, propre et très bien situé

The only thing missing was railing on stairs. It was dangerous as floors are ceramic tiles and extremely slippery. There were a lot of elderly tourists in the hotel and not all used lifts. I wanted to mention it and feel it is important that railing be installed. There is an accident lurking to happen.

Appena tornata dalla vacanza di una settimana in questo hotel, stanza ampia e pulita (unica pecca che non aveva un terrazzo)..lettini spiaggia e piscina compresi, molto apprezzati.. colazione molto varia e buona

La struttura dichiara di essere un 4 stelle superior ma non è assolutamente vicina a quella categoria. I punti di forza sono: 1)La spiaggia privata e gli operatori che la gestiscono bene nonostante la maleducazione dei clienti(occupano ombrelloni e lettini dalla mattina alle 8 anche senza poi utilizzarli). 2)Il bar ed i ragazzi che lo gestiscono, sempre gentili e disponibili. I prezzi del bar abbordabili. 3)I ragazzi dell'animazione. Sempre allegri, disponibili e mai invadenti. Spettacoli divertenti ed intrattenimento per i bimbi ottimo. I punti deboli: 1) Accoglienza pessima. Alla reception appena arrivati un ragazzo sgarbato nei modi ci ha dato le chiavi della camera senza spiegarci nulla sugli usi e costumi della struttura. Alle nostre domande, le sue rusposte erano ermetiche e con tono infastidito creando riluttanza ed imbarazzo nel chiedere altro. 2) Le camere e l'aspetto generale dell albergo sono decisamente antiquati. 3) Il ristorante è a mio avviso vergognoso, sia per la gestione (anche se i camerieri sono molto disponibili ed educati) che per la qualità dei piatti. Cantina praticamente inesistente. In futuro torneremo sicuramente in questi luoghi stupendi ma di certo non in questa struttura che abbiamo trovato molto cara rispetto ai servizi offerti.

Hotel direttamente il mare con lido privato e piscine per adulti e bambini. Ho pernottato per lavoro ma avere il mare a due passi è sempre una bella sensazione. Ho cenato al ristorante e ringrazio il personale di sala sempre molto gentile è disponibile. Ho avuto un problema con una camera e sono stati rapidissimo a cambiarmela. Ci tornerò ad Agosto con la famiglia per godermi il mare.

Ogni anno ormai è un appuntamento fisso. Ci ritornerò

Everything at Hotel Del Levante is geared to make your stay unforgettable. The view is breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The animation team are very thoughtful, kind and considerate. They are fun to be with and work so hard to make everyone welcome and included - from small children to 80/90 year old grand-parents. The food is amazing and the snack bar is simply perfect.

La struttura è interessante ma il personale in generale è mediocre fatta eccezione di qualcuno se rientri di sera tardi alla reception quasi non ti ascoltano e non ti augurano una buonanotte ......

Old hotel, with an excellent location! Horrible service at the reception counter! Good service at breakfast and beach! The wi-fi with lots of failures! Ridiculous bath towels... Bad experience overall facing cost of stay!

Buon albergo, anche se la colazione era davvero scarsa..

Albergo carino ma non da quattro stelle.ottima la posizione sul mare.spiaggia ampia e ben attrezzata.camera normale con bagno senza finestra e poco illuminato.colazione abbondante ma non di qualita.torte e cornetti industriali.nel complesso un buon hotel ma potrebbe migliorare

The hotel is right on the beach. Not the nicest beach but not the worst. The pool was nice but it was too cold to swim. The room was extremely hot and couldn’t get the A/C to work. After talking to the staff I was told that the A/C wasn’t working and that the only thing that could be done was turn off the heater. Which I’m not sure why was on in the first place. Had to open the window to cool down the room but no breeze came in through the window so I had to fan in the cool air for a while to bring down the temperature in the room.
