We have stayed at this motel a number of times. The room we stayed in (109) yesterday was comfortable but dated as the carpet is stained. Most importantly is the air conditioner does not cool very efficiently, so we suffered through the heat all evening and most of the night. Then the air conditioner would not shut down when we pressed the off switch. It seemed to be froze up. I did inform the front office staff of the issue. On the minor concerns, the breakfast had a waffle machine that was working perfectly but there was no syrup of any kind. Staff said they ran out. I noticed other patrons made waffles and ended up throwing them away too.

Went down for a family reunion. Desk noted other reservations with the same list name. I explain they where relatives and that one was for my mother who would not arrive for a couple hours. Also came up that she needed a walker. A few minutes later the desk clerk called to let me know my mother was in a second floor room and they where full. Asked if I wanted switch with her as I had a first floor room. Really thought he went above and beyond.

-The room stayed cool and was nice to come into after a long day in the sun. -There was no hot foods for breakfast, but that ok with us -The check in staff were very welcoming and helpful -The first night our toilet over flowed so we called to report it and didnt receive any help to clean it up or fix it.

Okay accommodations.

Staff at the front desk so helpful and accommodating.Breakfast so excellent and tasty.If you are late to 45-30mins before 10am there nothing left for you and there nothing refills.Like coffee,juices, eggs and etc. The sink was clogged and the bathtub was pull of black feet marked. The bed is comfortable and good to stay for a night.

The stay was fine - no real issues.

This property still has smoking rooms that stink.

The beds should've been replaced 20 years ago I ended up sleeping on the floor

Staff were great. 2 out of 3 nights I didnt have parking in the lot as it was full and so was the street. When taking a shower the water backed up in the tub all 3 days. Im sure they wipe it down but when you can see the dirt like with how old the tub is maybe its time to bleach it as it constantly looked dirty.

Nice staff, clean room although the carpet was a little sticky in bare feet, AC would time out every 2 hours, slept great and the complementary breakfast was fine. Not even comparable to the disaster when I stayed at their neighbours Knights Inn a few nights ago. I will easily be back again and thank you for everything.

IT'S a older hotel but rooms are clean and beds are comfy.The owners and staff are awesome.Go out of their way to accommodate you.

This is an excellent economical place to stay other places in the area within the same price range don’t compare. A lot of renovated rooms.

Clean room, great staff, great parking

Staff was helpful when I asked for a ground floor room. Towels could use an upgrade / small & very coarse. Room was clean Wi fi was spotty. TV wasn't working but staff were able to correct that. I would stay there again .

Room was clean and affordable. Staff were nice and included breakfast was decent as well
