I did not like the cigarette buts lying around the ground outside the front door. Surely they ould supply a bin.

The extra expenses we did not expect for parking. The hotel is dated and for the prices should clean up

The internet connection was slow and impossible to use as ,for example, email messages were listed but could not be opened and read

I liked the convenience of it, just off motorway and the price is excellent, i didint like the pillows, very lumpy but the bed was very comfortable, will definitely be back

Stayed here 6 yrs ago before we got msrried do decided to stay again for our anniversary. Hotel is perfectly situated for both the motorway and Gretna. Despite being at a service station it's quiet enough to not disturb your sleep. Rooms are clean and functional and perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

Nice hotel at the services area. Already psid in advance, but now have to pay £5 for parking as well because it was not booked directly with them. Add on the £15 for each dog and it starts to get expensive at £35 extras. Probably will not use again now.

Clean, good location

It was clean, quiet and great place for a stop over.

The property was ok, difficult to find, poor signage. Breakfast was horrendous, plated up without even asking what we wanted or even liked!!!

The room is exactly what you might expect its functional and clean . There was no traffic noise but if you can get a room away from the car park do it ,late arrivals and early leavers woke me. On arrival i was told there was a £20 charge for my dog this hadnt been mentioned before though they knew i was bringing one and £5 to park the car !!!

Very clean, staff friendly. Surrounding area quiet. Quite good choice for places to eat

Hotel muito bem localizado e com um bom custo-benefício para quem precisa fazer uma parada para dormir e tomar um café da manhã antes de seguir viagem. A cama era muito confortável e merece destaque. O quarto estava muito limpo.

All good for a roadside motel.

Perfectly reasonable standard Motorway Service Station accommodation. Pricey, & have the cheek to charge £5 for parking - not appreciated!! Quiet considering the location, bed excellent, huge bath, plenty of hot water.

A spontaneous stop over due to traveling a long journey up to Oban. Hotel is very basic but clean, and excellent value for money. Check in was easy and staff were lovely. Only downsides were that the doors slam shut and quite a lot of them are squeaky and creeky (WD40 can easily sort that out). As a light sleeper my slumber was disturbed a fair bit throughout the night. So not a great night sleep for me. Also had to pay £5 for parking (description states free onsite parking) but is still worth a fiver.

The staff were lovely, the place looked and smelt fresh and clean.

Did not like paying £5 to park in a motorway service area without being told in advance on top of £95 .00 room rate.
