(3) The Breakfast food is plentiful and good; and (4) the Room rates are reasonable. Negatives: (1) The rooms are small (2) the rooms are dated (could use new carpets and wall treatments) (3) the mattress on the bed was foam and was not particularly comfortable..

Being our first time in Rome we weren’t sure what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. Lovely place ands excellent included breakfast. Place is very clean and staff are so kind and helpful

This was an absolute disappointment of a hotel. The price and star rating was not indicative of the true quality of the room. Our room (402) was described as a double, but was really two single beds with no blankets (single sheet). The room had an overpowering aroma of mildew and sewer. The hallways were dirty and there was dust everywhere. Upon arrival, we tried to book a reservation for the roof top hotel through reception for the only evening we were there. Initially, the staff said yes there was room and booked us. While in the room 20 min later they called up to cancel the reservation with no reason and made no effort to find a solution. The breakfast included was mediocre at best with limited seating and poor organization making it hard to navigate through all the other guests. The only redeeming aspect of this property is the location and proximity to the train station. But I would recommend trying any of the other hotels on the same block. * note for reference, this was our second hotel in Rome during the same trip and we received a much better experience for half the price (near via Giulia)

Great stay at this hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Free minibar, providing water, soft drink and crisps. Beds made each day. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location, close to Rome train station and walking distance for bus stops to all main attractions.

The breakfast is a great choice before heading out to ROME for a full day of activities. Super convenient to get to trains, metro and buses.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect — within walking distance of many historical sites. However, the area was quite noisy, even at night. Additionally, there was only one elevator for a seven-story building, which often meant either waiting up to 10 minutes or using the stairs.

Quaint, clean, great location, outstanding breakfast. This hotel was perfect for how little time I spent in my room.

Ett fint och mysigt hotell, med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. ”Roof garden” var ett stort plus! Ett perfekt ställe att ta en kvällsdrink i solnedgången med vacker utsikt. Jättebra läge, små promenader till massor av sevärdheter men även till turistbussen. God mat, gelato och drinkar i närheten. Rekommenderar framförallt pizzan på restaurang Tudini! Och gelaton intill Amodei Banco 👌

Très bien situé, propre, calme

Location is perfect. Close to train station metro and walking distance to many attractions. Also has nice restaurants nearby. In terms of facility, our room was not an updated room. We had a damp smell in the rooms unless windows were open. PowerPoints in bedroom also didn’t work with adapter. Overall, if we had been given the room in the pictures that is updated it would have been fine. Our room had the dated green tiles. Breakfast was nice. We stayed on sixth floor and were right under where you have breakfast. Could hear chairs dragging from 6.30am so couldn’t sleep after this.
