Beautiful clean rooms. Very helpful staff and amazing food

Amazing next level food, great beaches and pools and excellent service.

As with other Ikos hotels, the service and the range of options for dining and facilities was really great. The hotel itself is a little bit dated and could do with a refresh in some of the rooms. The location is very convenient, and while there isn't a huge amount to do immediately around it, the beach is really nice, especially for children. Overall, a very nice place for a relaxing family holiday, but could be even more amazing if it were updated.

Fantastic 1st stay at Ikos. Beautiful hotel, fantastic choice of food and drinks at several restaurants. Our favourites were the Beach Club, Ouzo and Anaya. Staff were brilliant, always very helpful and polite. Rooms were great, we had Junior Suite with sea view in Block 1, one of the rooms did have an unpleasant smell, I think from the air conditioning, however we didn’t mention this so we can’t really complain. If I was being really picky I would say the drinks on the beach are served in plastic beakers due to safety I would imagine, and soft drinks never seamed to be fizzy on the beach. The regular beach server Bruno was tremendous and worked so hard, however when he was on day off the service was nowhere near as good or frequent. The only real issue we had was people leaving towels on sunbeds. They would lay them on beds early and then not come to the beach for a few hours. There is a rule that they towels will be removed after 30mins but this doesn’t seem to be enforced. The most frustrating thing was couples securing 4 beds with towels and only using 2, probably to prevent people lying close to them. All in all we had a brilliant stay at Ikos and would love to try another Ikos resort.

I can’t fault it, there is no hotel brand like it - we love it and will continue to come back!

Een fijne all inclusive hotel met veel aandacht voor service. De omgeving was prachtig. Het resort mooi en goed onderhouden. De badkamer iets gedateerd. Maar overall zeker een aanrader.

Complete luxury every single day. Food and service cannot be beaten and the resort is beautiful and offers everything couples or families could wish for. Rooms are due for an upgrade soon but do not let that put you off, they are still immaculate and have everything you might want. Sea views and sunsets are breathtaking

Das Ikos Oceania ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal und der Service war extraklasse. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Durch die verschiedenen Restaurants und der Dine-Out Option wurde es nie langweilig. Alles war super lecker und immer sauber.

A brilliant hotel with everything you need, particularly if you have children. The staff were incredible.

Staff are the saving grace because facility is dirty and run down and not in line with 5 star description. Food leaves much to be desired (eg cocktails are made with syrups and artificially flavored juices not a fresh thing in sight) restaurants regularly serve luke warm food and are swarming with bees making it difficult to eat

Amazing hotel with great service and facilities. The rooms were slightly dated but all the other facilities were great so this wasn’t a major issue. The food was to a high standard and there was a great selection of wine.

This place is absolutely amazing, best holiday we've ever had. Thanks to all the guys who work there, they make an exceptional atmosphere.

This was our first IKOS holiday and I’m not sure we can ever go back to anything less. Ikos staff and in particular Vangelis, who always went the extra mile for us. The place was so clean, the food yummy and the facilities were great. My only complaint is that the indoor soft play wasn’t available but that was due to Covid

Amazing resort. Looking forward to visit the other iKos resort i other part of the world. Big shout out to Artemis and Dimitris (the resort manager) who made our experience different. Would definitely suggest this resort to every one. All La cartes were amazing, defintely try all them. Our fav ones Italian and Greek. The buffet section can get better in term of offering more verities. But in overall bullet quality was good. I would definitely suggest this resort to anyone who wants to special in Halkidiki city.

All I can say is Excellent! The service, the food, the staff, etc. We will definitely go there again next year. Thank you Ikos Oceania for a wonderful 12 day stay. A big thank you to Alex my trainer in the gym also.
