Great property 2 minutes from the entrance to the ruins. Staff were very friendly and the hotel clean. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant.

The outdoor patio was very inviting. Lemon trees and grape vines surrounded us. The room was spacious and very clean

We loved this hotel! The check-in experience was excellent - our room was ready for us very early!! It was spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking their very charming garden and restaurant area. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for both lunch and dinner and we're thrilled with the quality of the food and the lovely atmosphere of the lemon garden. Would highly recommend!!

This location right across the street from the Pompeii ruins was amazing!! The check in was easy and the rooms were large and had wonderful AC for the heat of the summer. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Pompeii.

The staff needs a lesson in appreciating their customers and more important their repeat / loyal customers. Their attitudes towards patrons (maybe foreigners or non-whites) aren’t as friendly or welcoming. The rooms are not cheap / breakfast isn’t spectacular. Sadly, I’m not sure if I will be coming back a third time…..

Was great. Only complaint was this.... i feel like its standard hotel rules that if towels and robes are wet on the floor maybe dont hang them back up and make the other ones dirty? Ive never had that happen.

Absolute hidden gem if you are staying in Pompeii. You can walk to your tour of the archeological site and there are many restaurants and bars right outside of the hotel. Let me take it a step further and say you don't even need to look for external food, as the restaurant is fantastic and offers an outdoor dining experience in a lemon and citrus grove. Wait staff and restaurant owner/chef were fantastic and we enjoyed a great meal. Breakfast was also very well done, all in all 10/10 for our 1 night in Pompeii.

Hotel is vibe is a magical garden with delicious food & drinks! Only steps away from entrance to Pompei! Spent 6 hrs visiting the ruins, couldn’t see everything. Very safe area, restaurants and cafes everywhere, and best limoncello I’ve ever had at an Italian restaurant around the corner.

The hotel really is perfect! It is the gardens that top it all off! We sat every evening under the lemon trees while sipping cocktails! The staff were great, the food was superb! Our room was clean, nicely furnished and a balcony to sit on and look over the gardens. Also a short walk to the ruins. Will definitely come back as we didnt get to see all the ruins! Really really pleased we booked The Forum.

Most comfortable bed, bedding and pillows! Love the technological elements for room lighting. The greenery / garden is just lovely!!! Breakfast was delicious!!! Across the street from Pompei ruins!!! Restaurants all around and at the hotel.

Gorgeous hotel across from the amphitheater entrance of Pompeii. It was located in a beautiful garden with a peaceful balcony. The room was gorgeous, clean and had a large bathroom with a rain shower. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant on site and the breakfast was fantastic. We would stay here again for sure!

We've stayed at this property twice in the last 2 years and the standards have remained consistently good. Staff are friendly and very helpful and it's perfectly placed for the Pompei ruins, just 100 steps away from the ampitheatre entrance. We'd certainly stay there again.

Hotel Forum is a beautiful spot to stay. It is well placed to one of the entrances to the archaeological park. The rooms are lovely, very clean and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant is fantastic as well. Perfect place to stay for those who want a great place in a convenient location for Pompeii and other local sites such as Stabiae, Oplontis and Ercolano. Will be staying here again.
