Nice amenities and breakfast was standard. Parking lot is a mess lots of pot holes. Beds were comfy and clean

This is the second time staying at this hotel. I came back to it because of the excellent experience the first time. The breakfast selection has improved.

The room was very clean with newly renovated bathrooms. I wish they had included comfort height toilets for us older folks. Still 5 stars.

The hotel was in a great area for shopping The area was clean and safe the hotel was overall very nice the automated pancake machine was cool.

Perfect hotel for stay

Great hotel option within minutes of Highway 401. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The free breakfast wasn't too bad as they had both cold and four hot options (eggs, bacon, beans, home fries). Overall great value and location.

Extremely noisy with adults and kids running around, screaming in hallways and in rooms. Dirty with popcorns under the bed, blood stain on shower curtain, urine stain on the toilet bowl rim. We asked for room change, they said “they’ll keep an eye out for it” which made no sense. Obviously no follow-up about that and we got zero sleep heading into an important work meeting. Will never stay here again.

The fact breakfast is only open until 9:30am is the worst. I would rather pick up a small to go breakfast I can keep in the fridge or have breakfast open until check out time which is 11am.
