This hotel was so comfortable. We had booked a night before we flew out at the airport. We had booked a twin room with two twin beds but were upgraded to a room with two doubles which was an awesome surprise. The beds were very comfortable. Good shower and nice towels. The shuttle was convenient and on time. The hotel was quiet and clean.

Fast check in- clean rooms- friendly staff- efficient- Hannah at the lower restaurant (bartender) was phenomenal!

Very close to the airport, shuttle service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly, and accommodating.

First time I stayed here. Close to DUB airport and great shuttle service to terminals.

The staff at the hotel were not attentive and rude. Service was slow.

A 5 minute drive to the airport! Great choice of restaurants, however the service at Runway 28 was very slow. Waited to place our order, waited to get the food, had to ask the server to get desserts and to get the bill. The drain in the bathroom sink was very slow, the plunger could not go up anymore. Great amenities, comfy bed and the water was hot.

Extremely convenient to the airport. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport.

All was great but the service at restaurants and bar was slooooooow .

So clean, neat, and up to date! The food in the restaurant was terrific!

The handicapped bathroom in room 108 was outdated and the grout and sink need to be replaced. The water from the shower went EVERYWHERE. The overall cleanliness was terrific. The staff were exceptional and the shuttle service was very convenient.

Good hotel.

I paid for an upgrade to a ‘suite’ for which the site listed many additional amenities. Such as a “separate bath and shower area”. This didn’t seem to be accurate. Overall the extra I paid for this suite was very underwhelming. I only stayed for 1 night. Staff was friendly and shuttle service prompt and fast.

This hotel is really nice. It has an airport shuttle that was in time and reliable. My flight was at 6:45 AM, I took the shuttle at 6:00AM and arrive at the airport 5 min later. If you don’t want to wake up 3 hours before and take a bus from Dublin Centre, this hotel is amazing for that. There’s a bus stop within less than 5min walking distance and it’s between 30-40 min away from the centre. The hotel is nice, it has pretty good facilities. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. They offered to bring our breakfast to the room, we didn’t because we headed out early. The room was clean and tidy. There are a few options to eat, as it has three different restaurants that close late. It is an amazing hotel, it’s comfortable, reliable, close to the airport, just one bus to the city and quiet.
