Great location, room was well laid out. Lovely staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Great hotel! They're doing renovations, but it barely impacted our stay (it was just a little trickier to find the front door, and we didn't have much of a view in our room). This was clearly communicated by the hotel well in advance. Breakfast hours were very generous, and selection was solid. Room was very cute, with a nice seating area. Bathroom/shower layout might be awkward if you're travelling with someone who isn't a romantic partner (the shower opens directly into the bedroom). Close by to lots of shops, restaurants, and theatres.

We should have been informed with more than 48 hours notice that major repair work was underway at the hotel. The entire facade was wrapped in scaffolding and tarps, so looking out our suite window entailed looking through a construction site. That said, the work was mainly painting and there was not much noise. The hotel is otherwise very pleasant. The location on Plaza Santa Ana is ideal. And the staff, particularly Sabina, was very helpful. The breakfast buffet is terrific, and open until noon.

Este hotel está en un área muy céntrica de Madrid. Mi esposo y yo nos fuimos a hacer el camino de Santiago y al regresar decidimos volver al mismo hotel porque nos gustó mucho.

I loved how the bathroom sink had a shelf as well counter top space so getting ready to go out had a nice set up. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the breakfast there at the hotel! Soo many wonderful choice of food options! Staff was very helpful !! Will definitely stay there if I go back to Madrid :)

Nossa experiência foi muito boa, localização excelente, muito próximo a vários pontos turísticos, bares e restaurantes. Único inconveniente foi que fomos surpreendidos com compras na Espanha ( de mais de 3 mil euros) com o cartão de crédito que só usamos como garantia no check in do Hotel, já que na Europa usamos apenas os cartões de débito em euro. Informamos o ocorrido ao recepcionista e felizmente conseguimos cancelar junto a operadora do cartão de crédito as compras indevidas. No mais gostamos muito e recomendamos o Hotel.

The location is perfect. It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants and for all of the activities we did, it’s was a 10 minute walk to everything. The staff is amazing, they are very kind and helpful. I stayed while they were renovating the facade of the building and didn’t have any issues with noise or dirt however we were not able to use our terrace - which was fine because the weather was not warm enough anyway.

This was a simple room, but it was clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was an actual single king mattress, not two twins pushed together, as is so common in Spain. The location was also very good to get to all of the major sites and had parking in the Plaza nearby (but the parking is pretty pricey per day!). We did not get breakfast here. I'd stay here again.

Excellent location, good value, nice rooms and felt safe. Would definitely stay there next time I’m in Madrid and look in the other locations as well

I booked 4 rooms for our group and everyone was satisfied. One room was a little noisy with street noise bcs it was closer to ground level. Otherwise everyone slept well, the rooms were clean and well appointed, staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I recommend this hotel.

Perfecto para tener una estancia bien agradable en Madrid todo bien cerca, la atención de primera y lo están remodelando y se ve precioso.

Quarto limpo, funcionários super educados e a região é ótima, com vários restaurantes, bares, mercado e farmácia. É uma região central, a poucos metros da gran via, puerta del sol e parque do retiro
