Heated bathroom floor. King sized bed. Quiet Great buffet, helpful staff.

Alles soweit in Ordnung. Absolute Innenstadtnähe. Hotel ist im Umbau begriffen, als Gast bekommt man davon jedoch nicht viel mit. Parkmöglichkeiten in benachbarter Parkgarage - ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg. Empfehlenswert.

Hôtel très propre malgré des travaux en cours. Difficulté pour se garer, parking payant excessif. Petit déjeuner décevant.

Wir haben uns nicht geärgert, Zimmer alles gut, der Rest; Baustelle… nicht das erwartete ‚charming‘ Hotel. Haus mit Baugerüst, improvisiertem Eingang, Lobby und Bar, Bauarbeiter und Staub auf den Zimmer-Etagen, länger als die 3 gebuchten Nächte lieber nicht. Wird sicherlich ein Bijou werden, zur Zeit stimmt der Preis nicht.

Malheureusement, nous avons été prévenu au dernier moment que des travaux importants condamnaient la piscine, ainsi que la facade et 50% de l'hotel. Bien qu'une solution de piscine nous a été proposé dans un autre hotel, c'est évidemment différent que d'avoir la piscine sur place. Des travaux ont même continués après 22h, sans doute pour rattraper un retard, pour autant, ce n'est pas acceptable, fort heureusement, la direction a fini par le comprendre, a fait cesser les travaux de nuit, et pour s'excuser, nous a proposer la prise en charge du taxi pour l'aeroport. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet et avec la situation de l'hôtel c'est sans doute l'un de point fort du Pullman. L'ensemble de ce éléments font qu'ils n'est pas possible de mettre plus de 3 * en note globale au regard de notre expérience.

Nice hotel. Going through significant construction which takes away from the ambiance. I’m sure it will be beautiful when done.

Unfortunately for us/ fortunately for future guests the hotel is going under some major renovations - and we had not been informed thereof beforehand But I guess that is Expedia’s failure. Anyways no SPA no pool, a bar in the aisle and a breakfast room that looked like a dark unpleasant conference room

The hotel is currently under renovation, which unfortunately wasn't mentioned anywhere beforehand. For the price, I honestly expected more – the place feels quite worn out, and the facilities are a bit outdated. Some rooms are being renovated at the moment. I had only a small bag with me, so it wasn't a big deal, but it's worth noting that taxis can't drive all the way up to the hotel – that could be inconvenient if you're carrying heavy luggage. Overall, the hotel is okay, but for the price, it should definitely offer more. What really stood out, though, was the staff – everyone was super friendly, helpful, and kind. Full 5 stars for the team!

La struttura è nuova e moderna. La camera devo dire è davvero grande e spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo episodio spiacevole, nella prima camera data (al terzo piano) c’era della polvere e siamo stati invasi da molte zanzare. Questo problema è stato prontamente risolto dal ragazzo della reception (che ringrazio per la sua disponibilità) che ha provveduto a cambiarci subito la stanza ad un piano più alto, dove non c’erano zanzare e ho finalmente potuto riposare. La posizione è ottima e la colazione è davvero super, c’è di tutto! Zanzare a parte, Lo consiglio per tutto!

OK hotell, dyr spa

Loved our stay at the Pullman. Great location, great breakfast and great staff.

Good stay. Very friendly staff, and the hotel is in a very good condition. AC was sadly not possible to turn down, leading to a few very hot nights. Also struggled with mosquitoes in the room. But overall the stay was good!

Very nice hotel. My room was clean and spacious. I would have appreciated drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, including healthy food. Spa and fitness centre were closed but they provided free transport and access to a nearby facility.

Keurig hotel op een leuk plein. Ondanks de drukke weg op een meter of 100, hoorde je daarvan met de ramen dicht niets. Helaas was de gym en spa gesloten wegens verbouwing. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en prima bediening!

The Pullman is perfectly located in the Old Town area of Riga. Close to a vast amount of buildings with (art Deco) grandeur. The 5 nights stay in a bigger than average size room was very comfortable. Great bed, sanitary facilities fine free supplies of mineral water, coffee and tea accompanied with a well loaded minibar. Due to reconstruction work the gym and pool facilities were unavailable during the stay so it extended the time at breakfest. ;-) A very complete breakfest; vegan, veggie, meat, fish, smoothies, breads, egg variaties, English and continental, lactose-free, gluten-free - you name it, the Pullman serves it. Impressive! Highly recommended
