Un hotel sencillo pero con muy buena ubicación para el turismo en Madrid. Cuartos limpios y bien equipados.

Location was the best. Great to best places to visit and food. Breakfast buffett was perfect.

Hervorragende Lage, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sauberes und praktisches Zimmer mit großem, modernen Bad. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Muy buen hotel, nada fancy pero exactamente lo que necesitas. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado.

Room not comfortable for 4 people, only the beds and 1 chair. The shower was so dirty that the fungus on the walls run out with the water. Very dissapointing experience. Do not believe the good reviews are true.

The second flour was better than the first one

Overall great. The only thing was that the food servers were incredibly rude when the meals were over.

Hotel cómodo y con muy buena ubicación. El único "problema" lo tuvimos nada más llegar con el acceso, te tienen que abrir la puerta y tardaron bastante, cosa que no fue agradable en pleno mes de julio. En cualquier caso no fue algo determinante y no nos importaría repetir si se presenta la ocasión.

여행 마지막 마드리드에서 최악의 숙소를 묵어서 너무 유감입니다 4성급 호텔에 비하면 가격 이나 시설이나 뭐하나 맞는 부분이 없습니다 체크인 시 리셉션은 충분히 친절하고 좋았지만 그 부분을 제외하고는 좋은 부분이 없습니다 티비 틀어놓고 일상적인 대화를 하는데 옆방에서 시끄럽다고 항의를 하더군요 일상적인 대화도 못할정도로 방음이 안되면 과연 그게 4성급 호텔이라고 할 수 있을까요? 묵어 수행 하실분들만 방문하세요

Great location , super nice staff, super good breakfast, comfortable beds. I would return at anytime.

Nice place for a short stay, directly in the center of the city with everything in walking distance and restaurants open until late in the night. Hotel was decent, with some minor issues in the bathroom (leaks) and not many services (no gym, slow elevator). Staff friendly.

Our room was not ready when we checked in and we had to wait about an hour. Staff was brusque but efficient. In the morning, I went to the front desk and asked to have my name on the breakfast list. They did so. I got 1 cup Of coffee. But shortly after, I was harassed and accused of sneaking in. I explained that my name had been added but I was basically called a liar. I was upset and left and had breakfast elsewhere. At checkout, I got an apology but still had to pay for a breakfast I never had. 17€.

The hotel was in a fantastic location to be able to walk everywhere, we didn't use the Metro once in four days. Some great eating places nearby, once you are off of the main areas. Would definitely use the hotel again if in Madrid.

Hotel piacevole, ottima.la colazione, discreto il letto (1 piazza e mezzo, non 2), bagno ok ma con porta a vetro per cui poca privacy, personale stupendo, zona ok ma occhio ai landroni, mi hanno rubato il portafoglio. Non bene il prezzo, elevatissimo e non giustificato, e le dimensioni della camera, troppo piccola, la tv aveva pochi canali a disposizione.
