This was my favorite stay during a two week trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived through checkout. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and the aesthetic was nice. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, the terrace was lovely for just relaxing or having an aperitif. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is an example of an outstanding hotel response: We had just arrived from an overnight flight to Rome… took the train to Florence and were exhausted. We arrived a little earlier than expected and while we waited for our room, the cafe and courtyard were kind and accommodating. We had booked a superior balcony room, and unfortunately our previous guests had overstayed their welcome… resulting in a later check-in for us. We were devastated as we needed sleep. However, luckily Federico & Felipo came to the rescue! They got us an upgraded available room so that we could check in on time and have accommodations that not only met our expectations but exceeded them! It goes along way when a hotel realized a problem, pivots and then goes the extra mile to make things spectacular. Federico - we really appreciate you!!! And thank you to the staff for dealing with our sleep-deprived manner! We slept so well and woke up rejuvenated ready to explore Florence. The location is great. The hotel is great. We slept like rocks every night. If we ever return or if anyone needs a Florence hotel recommendation, we suggest here! 5/5… 10/10! We also really enjoyed the cafe / restaurant. I wish I remembered their names, but they were great too.

Great clean inviting hotel with amazing common spaces. Greatly appreciate it being just a smidge outside of the chaos that is the historic city center. You definitely have an extra 15-20 minute walk to get to the primary tourist destinations, but after a day of the Uffizi to Ponte Vecchio to Academia human conveyer belt, a little calming walk back to the Hoxton was a welcome and wonderful retreat. Great hotel!

Very nice property with super helpful staff and excellent location (a few blocks over from attractions and crowds).

The hotel was lovely Chic and cool - very spacious room i was on the 4th floor and had a Corner room. Staff are nice and friendly and work hard. The only gripe i has was that in the room there are no water bottles nor are they replenished: I think You have to ask for water and they bring to you which I Never did, i went to local supermarket and got some any way. I’ve been in 3 star hotels and water is given as standard but other wise it’s central and in walkable distance to everything. Staff are great and make you feel welcome.

I liked everything about this property. Excellent location, very cordial staff kind and extremely helpful. We loved that there was a self serve laundromat literally across the street. Breakfast was great! Taxi’s come right away. Great location! Nice size room!

Gostei muito do quarto e do hotel. Tudo bastante confortável. Tem uma academia bem perto. O hotel não é muito perto dos pontos turísticos, mas o escolhi exatamente por isso, para fugir um pouco da movimentação da cidade. Tem transporte público bem perto, sobretudo, para a estação de Florença.

Red ants on balcony. Rooms smelled like poop. Terrible. Expensive. Never go back

Clean, helpful staff, great food, walkable to many sites

The staff was very polite and helpful. The courtyard was beautiful we really enjoyed our stay.

Wide window on Breakfast time (7-11) yet selection and restocking fell off a cliff after 9.30. Staffing levels seemed low and not overly motivated.

A bit far from city center area. Front desk staff was very nice. Restaurant was bad. Breakfast was just OK.

Great location and nice hotel. Basic with the amenities, towels, and those details. Other than that, we enjoyed it and were comfortable. Rooms was nice size, and patio lovely. Food at the hotel bar less then delicious.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet location a short walk from the busy centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. On several occasions they called restaurants to make reservations for us. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is a lovely courtyard to sit and enjoy drinks and snacks day or night. Overall we loved our stay and would return.
