Todo muy sencillo, personal amable, la habitación super limpia y el colchón genial. Muy céntrico. Nos quedaremos ahí cada que vayamos.

The couple working the property were so friendly and sweet. The room was very clean and check-in was very fast. We would stay there again if passing through.

If you don’t have a choice and kind find a room in Monterey then I guess this will do. Otherwise avoid it. The rating on this site are very misleading. The immediate area of the hotel is not desirable and you are next door to an adult shop

Did not feel safe to be outside. I will say the room was as pictured.

After checking in, went to our room (handi -cap) shower had no slip mat, hair was in shower drain release. Most likely stay in different hotel next time.

Whomever cleans the rooms needs a cleaning lesson. There was mold in the shower around the sink around the toilet and there was brown something in the jacuzzi. The bed was very uncomfortable and we sis not realize the airport was around the corner so throughout the day and night it sounded like airplanes were going to come through the roof. We got there early and were charged $20 to access our room even though it was ready and we were the only ones in the parking lot.

What I would consider a typical motel. I stayed at some really nice motels further south of Big Sur area so I was expecting similar. But this is definitely what you’d expect from a motel. Good enough to sleep and shower after enjoying Big Sur. Good WiFi. Little black hairs in the shower was my only real complaint. Fridge, microwave, Kurig coffee, tv were nice. Good parking spots.

The cleanliness was terrible. I felt terrified as soon as I entered the room and saw the sofa in front of me. Since then, I have felt unsafe around everything in the room. I was on a road trip with my husband and had visited many hotels along the way, and this one was the worst so far.

We stayed in the hot tub suite. The hot tub itself is really nice, but the room and bathroom were dirty. Crumbs in the fridge and hair in the bathroom. The bathroom didnt have an overhead light just a lighted mirror. The bed was so uncomfortable and the room was very small has no desk or nightstands or room to put anything. Just a small shelf under the tv and a bench at the end of the bed

Bedding was uncomfortable, only one pillow per guest and at the end of airport runway. Noisy because of flights taking off

It was clean, had been fixed up recently, easy to get to, coffee maker, fridge, etc all in the room.

The staff were the only pleasant thing about the stay
