We really liked this hotel. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. They gave us a room with balcony facing the sea, which was great. The housekeeping was great. The location is convenient with many nearby restaurants and “Oyster Street”. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Vigo. Five stars to the staff at reception, the breakfast room attendant and the housekeeping person!!

La verdad es como el típico hotel en España, que se escucha lo del vecino, ven preparado para eso. El personal muy amable, sobre todo Isabel, me explicó todo. Pero el desayuno queda a deber, el huevo sabía raro, no tenían muchas opciones de desayuno. Fuera de todo eso, muy bien, tiene una vista espectacular.

Location was great. Staff allowed us early checkin because our room was ready. Nice! We were here during Christmas light season so it made it extra special. Cleaning crew for our room was perfect. Did not matter what time of day we went out if we left our clean room sign on door it was done when we returned. If we asked for extra towels, toilet paper, etc. they were quick to service. Front desk staff spoke English in case you don’t know Spanish. We did not use on sight restaurant/cafe or bar during our visit. It was closed at certain days and times, but we would not have eaten there anyway, so many great options within walking distance. The area is flat walking and some up hilll walks, however, city has done well accommodating the elderly with escalators and elevators on steep inclines. Overall great location, clean and nice hotel and area! Please note: You are right on the harbor. Our room was third floor water view. You do get street noise and harbor ship noise. If you are a very light sleeper this might not work. It was fine for us after long days walking and sight seeing we could sleep through anything.

Todo muy bien. No me gusto que el hotel decida que el aire acondicionado deba estar prendido o apagado. Llegamos a Vigo y en las mañanas estaba soleado y había calor, en la madrugada enfriaba un poco. El hotel decidió que en estas fechas (principios de octubre) que el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones ya no se debia usar. Esto me dijo el chico de recepción: que en esa época ya no se usaba el aire y que encendían la calefacción. Creo que eso debe ser decisión de cada huésped. Nosotros sentimos mucho calor en la habitación y teníamos que abrir las ventanas, algo que no me gusta. Entonces sin aire acondicionado sufres de calor y abriendo las ventanas te enfrías demasiado. Y como en las madrugadas enfría mucho, entonces terminé enfermo. Solamente por eso, me la pensaría antes de volver a quedarme en este hotel. Por lo demás, la ubicación muy buena, el personal muy amable… la habitación bien, espaciosa.

T’es bien situé et parking couvert juste en face. Par contre bruyant à cause de lamp’ace en face et des bourrés qui hurlent pendant des heures et en semaine je n’ose imaginer le week-end. Centre accessible à pied restaurants et bars à proximité.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the bay and many restaurants nearby. Great staff and overall service. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Chambre logée entre l’ascenseur et un local technique utilisé par les personnels de menage. Très bruyant des 8 h du matin.

En raison des incendies en Espagne, je n'ai pas pu voyager jusqu'à Vigo. Impossible davoir qq un d'Expedia au telephone pour annuler le voyage. Attentes interminables, y compris proposition de me rappeler lorsque les opérateurs seraient dispo, mais niuvelle attente après le rappel. Je sougaite au minimum que les oetits déjeuners soient remboursés. Merci

The hotel is set in a beautiful building and enjoys a fantastic location — just a short walk to the city centre and the boats, which was especially convenient for our island-hopping plans. That said, I would strongly recommend requesting an exterior room. Ours was an interior room, and it felt very dark and confined, with a tiny window facing a shadowy inner courtyard. The room itself was also quite small, which added to the feeling of claustrophobia.

Hotel naravilhoso. Quarto amplo, cama confortavel, tv grande. Otima casa de banho. O cafe da manha tb é bom.
