Loved this hotel. Perfect location, Old Town across the street. Sightseeing, shopping &dining within walking distance. Tram stops few steps. 2 tram stops and you reach Krakow Main Station. Clean, tidy rooms, adequately spacious ,particularly Double room with balcony & views. Lift access. Complimentary coffee, water & sweets in foyer all day. Rooms with good amenities, WiFi, coffee/tea making, fridge etc. Lovely hospitable and professional staff and service. * Thank you...dziekuje Victoria and all staff, sorry cannot remember all names. A most memorable stay. Will be back. Love Krakow.

Et veldig koselig hotell med god beliggenhet. Veldig god service i resepsjonen. Resepsjonistene var behjelpelig med å vise vei til forskjellige attraksjoner i Krakow. Kunne vært et litt større utvalg av frokostbuffet. Kan sterkt anbefale Hotel Wielopole.

My first impression was awful. The room a bit fusty and old school. The bed was large and the mattress comfortable, but there was only a duvet the size of a large tea towel. And a crazy assortment of oddball pillows. But I made do, covering myself at night with a couple of shawl-like things that were in the room. However, with time, the hotel became a jewel, mainly because of the absolutely first-rate staff. They are all kind, helpful, pleasant, generous and altogether wonderful. I wound up loving the hotel. I would recomment strongly it to anyone -- despite the oddball bedding. In short, we had a wonderful stay there. P.S. The location is excellent.

Everything was great. Reception staff are friendly. Highly rated currency exchange next door. One minute from a Kiss+Ride stop that is the pickup point for many guided tours.

For our relatively short stay in beautiful Kracow the hotel was perfect. We loved the central location and took numerous walks to areas we wanted to visit. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The rooms and lobby area are small but we expected that and had little need for more. The only regret is that we wanted to stay longer!

Location; close to almost everything, few minutes walk to Wawel (Royal Castle), Rynek Główny (Market Square) Sukkienice and Mały Rynek, ten-fifteen minutes walk to Kraków Główny (main train station) and Galeria Krakowska and a not too long walk to both Plac Nowy and Plac Wolnica in Kazimierz. Also close to tramstop (Poczta Głowna). Hotel; nice and clean rooms, with coffee machine, good bed, with several different pillows. Very friendly staff (nothing beats a smiling night receptionist when checking in after midnight) and nice and helpful receptionist the next day, remembering and following up the conversation from earlier that day, when returning to the hotel in the afternoon. As a guest, you feel appreciated and more than “just another customer”.

Pretty clean but there was some noise traffic at night as my room faced the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful in booking excursions and taxis. Very patient with my butchered pronunciations. Enjoyed the vodka tasting! Hotel was very close to market square, walkable distance with convenience stores close by.

I’ve been traveling through Europe for the last 2 months and this was my least favorite hotel so far. The bed was really uncomfortable and I woke up with a very sore back and neck. No top sheet, just a heavy comforter which is too much in the summer. The location is outside of old town which I thought would be ok but it felt depressing. I wish I had just spent a little more to be closer to where the shops and restaurants were. Only good part was Green Cafe Nero close by for great coffee.

Great service! Staff was very accommodating and courteous. Restaurant was ok. Room was kinda small, but then again that's Europe. Overall, not luxurious, but well worth the price.

Ottima struttura a pochi minuti dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicino a molte fermate del tram. Camere e bagno spaziosi, puliti, ben accessoriate (frigorifero, bollitore elettrico, cassaforte) ottima la fornitura di prodotti per il corpo in dispenser (dal bagnoschiuma alla crema idratante per il corpo ...). lo consiglio volentieri.

Siisti hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen, vain puuro puuttui! Wielopole- kadun liikenteen melu vähän häiritsi yöaikaan, aika usein ambulanssi kulki ohi sireeni ulvoen.
