I book three rooms june 29 Monday through July 4th checking out the 5 th. We had several issures . Notified front desk. The maintenance would not be into Wednesday. That’s 4 days . Two rooms the door out to the balcony would not close . Had to put chair up to them and tie . Bathtubs in the two dident drain when taking a shower . Rooms not very clean. Pool only 10 allowed in to swim . Notified manager after check out and he quoted why did you stay . He’s was young and never apologized of the issues . His name was Irwin. Sent the pictures and email to him and he never read them. He was rude and you never could get in a word. Please read all reviews before booking. Went last year stayed in another motel no issures . This one we needed a kitchenette. Paid 5,000 for poor quality .

This place was great. It was clean. The hotel is right on the beach. Their parking garage looks intimidating but if you can drive, you’ll be fine. There is a pool on site. The pool is small but comfortable. If you intend to cook, bring your own pans and plates cutlery etc. The staff are friendly check-in was quick. I will definitely choose this place again if it’s available for my next day with my family.

I was my first alone birthday getaway. The ocean view of the beach was the best . The rooms need upgrading but they were clean. The hallway and lobby had no ac , so it was hot. Overall . I enjoyed my stay . The staff were very friendly.

I checked in at around 8:30-9pm with my wife and 5 month baby. I soon i we open the room door we notice the patio door wide open and bugs flying near ac which had been leaking to patio in the outdoor. Bugs everywhere in the room we immediately left and checkout. Not safe for my 5month baby. I ask for a refund but front desk said he didn’t gave refunds and gave me a number to call his manager in the morning named Irvin. We called next morning and no answer it seem like it was the wrong number. Need a refund still.

Doors were very loud and a tile was loose in bathroom.

Ptac unit leaks on to carpet your feet get soaked not alone it could mold also bathtub doesn't stop dripping all night can't shut it off . Night shift no where to be found phone to call front desk doesn't work . I hung up a do not disturb sign outside my does put the security lock on and just got out of shower my door came slamming open to slamming shut I opened the door the room next to mine also had sign hanging they went in there also I went to dinner on Tuesday night came back the safe was open and my suitcase I went down to report it no body to be found . Carts you use to take your things to the room has flat tires we asked for a rod for the closet was told no they don't come with any we ask how are we to hang up or things no replies to this request got so bad we let two days early beds where so hard and the chair that was next to the bed was stained up pretty bad . I can't believe Expedia would recommend this place or anyone would stay there last thing is be very careful driving in deck to park it's tight one car tight bad all the way around also no breakfast for over 1,000.00dollors I got took so bad I'll never stay at this place again at this point thinking on ever using Expedia again anniversary was a nightmare ten hours to get there Monday to leave Wednesday morning I couldn't take anymore

Location is perfect

The stay itself was great. Easy beach access and very friendly staff. The hotel was looking alittle old and there was only one elevator so it made for a wait. Wanted to get some fresh towels but the phone wasn not working in the room. Other than that small stuff, we enjoyed ourselves.

Staff are amazing, respectful and helpful. But you are paying for the view and location mostly. Parking is convenient. Hallways could be remodeled. Room was fine, although some rust on the sink and toilet had difficulty flushing. Sliding balcony door was stuck; I pinched my finger trying to open it. It wouldn’t slide easily thereafter, too.

The elevator was broken for over 24 hours, We were on the 8th floor. NO internet service but staff had access to it. Garbage from guests left in hallways. Had to buy a plunger because the shower backed up. Staff was nice but all they could do was shrug and say sorry.

It was fantastic including the front desk. Very friendly and hardworking. My bath tub was clogged and it was taken cared of immediately. Thank you so much defenetly staying again.

Stuff was great

Hotel stay was amazing the staff went above and beyond to make the stay amazing… we got a great view of the ocean

Honestly it was pretty good, the guy that works at the front desk is chill and he is really helpful. He even got us our room early. Room was nice and renovated, it was clean, and the bathroom was equipped with all ur shower necessities. Honestly it’s a good option and it’s not too expensive.

Given the price per night, we found this place to be quite expensive for what it offered. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. We paid extra for certain amenities, but some of them didn’t work—such as the TV—and the handwashing sink was already clogged when we arrived. The balcony, which could have offered a nice view, was not clean, making it difficult to enjoy. The pool was also much smaller than expected—closer in size to a bassinet than a proper swimming pool. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.

Toilet didn’t work, floor busted, beds are horrible

Decent and affordable spot on the beach. Had oceanfront room with balcony. Room was okay for overnight stay, clean, with good air conditioning. Overall, facility cleanliness was only 3 star, as there was a full garbage bag on the floor outside our room when we got there and was still there when we returned from a concert late in the evening. We also noticed 1 cockroach in our room as we were packing up (likely came from outside, as door to balcony didn’t seal well. Except for lobby, hallways were not air conditioned, and were easily 100 degrees while we were there. Good service and friendly professional staff. Parked in onsite garage.

I stayed on this property for 3 nights. Check-in and parking were easy. the hotel was located right in the middle of all the activity. Waking to the sound of the waves, watching the surf and dolphins from your own balcony and quiet nights were some of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend.
