We had an overnight stay, but we had no soap, shampoo, or hand soap and the fridge froze all our food spoiling 300 dollars worth of food. We live very far by plane, and we brought it with us to take home. We were never offered a resolution.

An elevator would be nice. Having an elderly with knee surgery is not fun going up and down the stairs.

Clean room. Update bathroom. Front desk personnel and dining room staff were excellent.

Sparkling clean room that seemed recently redone. Great mattress that also felt new. Attached restaurant served a tasty breakfast. Staff friendly. I had a great stay with easy connections to the bus to Winnipeg. Thank you Wescana!

Long strands of black hair along the floor near the bathroom wall….same on back of toilet and one next to the tap on the bathroom sink Everything else was totally within the realm of acceptability The ongoing Reno’s look real good

They need to renovate the room and specially the car plug in where not working
