Was a very nice hotel and clean

Convenient and quiet, we especially liked that we could walk to shopping and restaurants.

When I checked in my very first night, my room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke. I asked to move rooms, but they didn’t have any for that night so I woke up the next morning with a terrible headache and watery eyes. I asked multiple times for some kind of compensation And was completely ignored. Even after I called daily for a week. It really ruins my three day stay over Memorial Day weekend.

Adequate stay

Hair dryer did not work. Room-darkening curtains with no sheers underneath, so no privacy (on ground floor) if curtains opened to admit light. Several handles loose and other small maintenance issues.

Property was clean and staff was great! Rooms need so attention!

The bed sheets were dirty

Was good. Traffic was load all night. Waiting for checking was long, no one at desk we all tried to call number left on sign. Line was 6 customers waiting for 20 minutes for someone.

Nice property. I would stay here again. Room was clean, sheets and towels were clean as well. Only problem, doors slam and people don’t seem to care about the others in the hotel, wish hotels would have a soft close door system, instead it’s a huge BANG when people shut their doors. Other than that everything else was good

Arrived early, but Sarah helped us secure a ground floor room, check with housekeeping for time room would be available. As we had an hour or less I asked for dining establishments around and she told us of those that were near and good. When we arrived back she had all our paperwork ready, and check in was fast and great.

The room was very clean. Greatly convenient location with a gas station, coffee hut, and restaurant all in the same lot.

Comfortable place to stay. All is good here, nothing negative.

We had a quick stay over. The property was very clean. The front desk lady at check in was super friendly. We would stay again. Good breakfast options too.

Nothing to complain. Just stayed for a single night. Was a bit noisy during the evening as it close to a freeway, bit quieterin the night.
