try to give us two rooms without air conditioning!!! without warning so we say can we see the room and they said to her and then they said oh sorry we don’t have any air-conditioning!

Great hotel except the bathroom were small . Lovely bar . Everyone was friendly and helpful.

What a great 6 days stay. Lovely historic hotel maintained exceptionally well. Long history of being a hotel and the neighborhood had wonder restaurants and independent shops. The staff was very friendly, we loved the small ‘pub’ bar for a nightcap and breakfast was excellent too. Our new fav London hotel.

I had a wonderful visit in London at Durrants Hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a lovely time sitting in the bar area in the evening for drinks and snacks. The lounge area was also comfortable and nicely lit. My bedroom was always clean and I adored my view of the church next door. Overall, I was extremely pleased!

I am a sole traveler. The entire staff was accommodating and cheerful. Property was clean and very British. I am an American and was looking just for that. Durrant’s made my trip to London extremely memorable. Thanks to all.

I really wanted to absolutely love this hotel, the public areas are wonderful However the room itself was a huge dissappointment. I looked directly into other windows with zero daylight or view (which for one night in London is vital) week prior I'd stayed at a neighboring hotel with a much better view. The shower had absolutely zero presssure, the sink faucet had more and it's how I managed to get the conditioner out of my hair, it was late i was tired or i would have asked for a new room. Also there was no hairdryer or anywhere to hang my clothes. I was looking for a new London base (I travel every weekend) and while I recomend coming here for a drink or food I cannot sadly recomend it as a place to stay

Loved it all! So charming, close to 2 tube stations, and lovely reception rooms. We loved the bar!

We skipped breakfast and ate ate the cafe across the street. The hotel is charming.

My go-to London hotel! The location is central and walkable to so many cultural sites, and you feel like you are truly in England rather than an American chain hotel. The windows open and the shower was not cramped. The bed and linens are high class. There are several quiet common rooms, a restaurant and a bar on site.

I arrived early from a red-eye flight and my room Was ready for an early check-in. I was beyond happy

Personnel un peu débordé, chambre spacieuse mais vieillotte, lavabo de la salle de bain bouché et jamais réparé malgré nos demandes.. Ma fille et moi avions l’habitude de venir au Durrant’s mais cette année nous avons été un peu déçues par notre séjour.

A well-located hotel with excellent shopping/eating close by. Welcoming staff and a cosy bedroom with refurbished bathroom. We are regular visitors
