A great business type hotel with easy access to the city. 3rd time visit!

Great location, inside a mall and near the City of Arts and Sciences. However the hotel lets you down with other bits. For example, they don't provide iron and iron board and force you to use their expensive laundry service (7-10 euros per item). I've never been to a hotel with at least 3 stars with no iron or iron board. I ended up having to go to Mediamark downstairs to buy a cheap iron for 15 euros. The hallway in our floor had smoke smell both nights so either they have rooms where they allow smoking or they don't monitor it as people were definitely smoking. One of the days they took our used towels but didn't replace them with clean ones. I had to call reception late and night and request them.

El trato buenísimo, todo limpio, la maquina de agua fresca una maravilla, el bufet variado. Hecho en falta mas información sobre la ciudad. Lo recomiendo.

Rummen städades varje dag, bra med galleria precis i hotellet och bra läge till centrum sant stranden. AC’n strulade i 2 dagar men annars så var det bra.

I didn’t like the bathtub without a curtain, everything hot wet when showering…. Besides that everything was really good !

El hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad precio, el personal es muy amable y colaborador y las instalaciones están muy bien. Está al lado de la ciudad de las Ciencias y las Artes, de un centro comercial y de varios restaurantes. Está muy bien comunicado en autobús con el centro y con la playa. Lo único que nos ha gustado menos: la bañera no tragaba bien, y la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien en la parte superior. Pero las camas eran muy cómodas, y la habitación era silenciosa. Repetiríamos.

Tiene todo lo que se necesita: es muy cómodo, limpio y está en una zona inmejorable. Muy cerca de todo, playa, zonas de interés, centro de la ciudad.

Hotel is situated an upper part of a shopping mall which means a lot of stores and dining options around there. Mercadona is below and El Corte Inglés is just nextdoor. 30 min bus ride to the city center. 20 min to the beach. Parking discount 14 euro/night. Sent us a good instruction beforehand, so easy to find where to park. Facility itself needs some update, but the room was clean. Amenities were quite basic. It would be great if they provide a fridge. AC works great. The staff were nice and friendly.

Great location and excellent overall service. Thanks for the cans of drinking water in rooms. Superb breakfast and a wide array of buffet food offerings. But a few raw points. The beds are metal makeshift beds. A double queen bed is actually two metal beds put together. Otherwise excellent experience.

Habitación muy justa a nivel de limpieza. Necesito una actualización, el suelo se levanta y las paredes son de papel.

La habitación es pequeña, austera y con una cama de matrimonio de malísima calidad. Imposible descansar. Hundida en la zona en la que todo cliente se sienta a probar el colchón. Te clavas los muelles en la espalda y suena como la de una pensión.

Close to the Valencia art and sciences campus. Love everything around the area. Enjoy the walk and restaurants nearby.
