Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Would love to give it 5 stars but our AC wasn’t working in our room and it was very stuffy and Mgmt made no attempt to have fixed.

Had a decent nights sleep here, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Didn’t use any communal areas but looked ok. Some parts of the room looking a little tired, triangular toilet not exactly the height of comfort!

A good hotel situated in Chiswick, staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and a decent size with a big bathroom. Drinks prices are the same in the local bars.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was well lit. Housekeeping was very good; I asked for a top sheet for the bed and they kept one on each time they changed the sheets. Often I have to ask everyday for a new one! My only complaint was that there was no mini fridge in the room. There was a space for one, it had clearly been removed at some point and we were told that if we wanted a fridge we would have to upgrade our room and pay an extra 30 poubds per night which was worh it to us.

Was lovely. Very accommodating. They allowed me to check in earlier and their add on romantic package was quite reasonable for £18. Customer service was awesome and a lovely hotel.

Fornuftigt hotel med en rolig beliggenhed tæt på London Heathrow (15 minutter i taxa) og tæt på Underground med gode forbindelser til London centrum (30 minutter). OK spisesteder i nærheden af hotellet. Værelse OK og meget begrænset støj fra vej og andre værelser - vi boede på 6. sal ud af 7 mulige.

Great location, near the Thames and train station/ tube. Perfect for a weekend stay in London.

The room 262 was clean, spacious and modern. The staff helped with any concerns I had.

Room was not ready at check in and when we eventually got a key the room already had someone in it so we had to wait again until another room was available. Tv system was so complex in the bedrooms and one of our tv's was faulty and never got fixed on request. Food is very below average especially for the prices getting charged. Roast potaoes were definatly frozen and not fresh. Breakfast was chaotic, struggled to find a clean table. Overall hotel felt tired and definatly short of staff

Friendly staff, lobby and rooms are modern and beautiful. Food was great at the restaurant and the breakfast area was comfortable and food variety was excellent.

Le personnel était aimable et serviable, le petit déjeuner très correct sans être pour autant exceptionnel, la literie est bonne. Le lavabo de ma salle de bain était bouché mais la maintenance l’a débouché pendant la journée donc c’est parfait. Le quartier et l’hôtel sont calmes, il y a peu de bruit. Seul point négatif: la façade. Ma chambre était orientée à l’ouest et la première journée de mon séjour était ensoleillée. La façade est fort vitrée mais ce n’est que du vitrage simple peu performant. Il y avait 28 degrés dans ma chambre alors que la température extérieure n’avait pas dépassé 23 ou 24 degrés. La climatisation n’a pas réussi à faire baisser la température pendant la nuit et les fenêtres ne s’ouvraient pas. J’ai eu trop chaud et j’ai mal dormi. Le lendemain, le ciel était couvert mais cette fois, j’ai eu froid car le vitrage n’était pas isolant. Ceci ne concerne que les chambres qui sont en façade ouest, je suppose que les autres chambres n’ont pas ce problème de surchauffe.

Stayed one night and was impressed by the quality of hotel. Amazing experience from the check in to check out. Would stay here again.

Helpful staff and lovely facilities

Staff were amazing and room was really nice and clean.

As a regular guest at this hotel I have to say that this particular stay was excellent in every respect except for the unnecessary haggle at reception over the cost of parking which was somehow more than I had paid a few days earlier, again booking through hotels.com. The room was perfect, although the tv was not easy to operate - probably a remote control issue - which somehow resulted in only Jeremy Clarkson being available for viewing - not ideal!.. I can recommend the noodle 🍜 bowl with grilled chicken or salmon in the Globe Bar at the hotel. Both were excellent, as was the service.
