Clean and comfortable bed , parking is good and having side entry/exit is a bonus. If offer saucers for the cups would be nicer.

Was good overall

We were heading to Margaret River to follow our footy team and decided to make a long weekend of it and stay for a couple of nights. The weather was wet and very cold, but the Grande Escape turned out to be an excellent spot to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable and warm, with very comfy beds. We headed to the restaurant at night and enjoyed a great meal and then sat by the toasty open fire and had a nightcap. The Resort is located about 2 minutes drive out of town and is set amongst beautiful trees and has a lovely pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably repeat it next year.

The property was lovely. It was located just out of town. The Restaurant food was excellent and the staff are very friendly.

The only property we have encountered where welcoming and smoothening music was playing on the smart TV when we entered the hotel room. It was almost magical. The room is spacious, clean and generously stocked with many comfortable pillows. Amazing service, easy parking and great well maintained walkable gardens including a giant chess!

A nice spacious room with good amenities. The shower was a little dirty but not too bad. It would have been good to have a toaster or microwave in the room.

My friend and I had an event down the road, was safe and close enough for is to walk to. Beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed.

Convenient location and warm staff

It was a bit noisy you could hear doors banging. The shower took a long time to get warm in the night and it was cold in the morning.

The property was nice and central. We found the bathroom a little dated.

Nice enough but out of all the places we stayed on our trip the unit was similar in price but the lowest standard of all. The bathroom was very cramped, the shower only had a shower curtain. The room was not serviced properly and I had to go to reception to request a wash cloth and some milk. The staff responded well and sorted it out. The fridge didn't have it's own cupboard and was noisy. The TV screen size was small. For many years most places had small TVs this size but on this trip all rooms had a large screen except this room.

It felt like stepping back in time throw back era. The nature around the resort is very nice with the cute little creek it’s so quiet and peaceful the staff were so friendly and efficient. I’d say it might need a renovation here and there But it actually had a smart tv which is great u can login and continue watching from ur home away from home. Also very conveniently close to the beach and town.
