I liked everything about this stay. Hotel is clean, staff is welcoming and the installations are nothing but perfect. TY

Room was great size, staff were very friendly and very accommodating to all our requests. Loved the amenities the outdoor salt hot pool and bars. The only thing missing was breakfast was not included, was an extra cost.

We arrived at noon and our rooms were ready and big surprise with both rooms receiving a free upgrade to a King Suite! What a beautiful room and great surprise. On our check-out date, we asked for a 2 hour late check-out..they granted it to us with 1 of our rooms at no charge. We requested 2 rooms next to each other, and that was done as well! Room spotless, baggage service excellent. We had breakfast included and it was well worth the extra $ added to reservation. Full breakfast buffet! We came here for the looks and they were fantastic! Heated outdoor pool at 88 degrees and 2 hot tubs outside at 100 degrees! Indoor pool and hot tub also fabulous! Steam room in both men and women changing room. Attached to casino so a short indoor walk! Dinner at casino restaurant Banco… great value for $. Free Thursday night comedy show which was very nice. All in all a fantastic stay!

Problème avec le prix J’ai eu la chambre a 391.52$ taxe incluse. J’ai avisé que j’avais deux personnes avec m’i et on m’a dit que c’est 25$/personne supplémentaire. Jai dit ok. Je suis facturé a 549$ 2 personnes a 25$ chaque = 50$+ tx… Il y a quelqu’un qui n’a pas calculé adéquatement. Je vais devoir me battre pour rectifier la situation, ca termine mal un séjour. Tout ca pour 1 chambre que tu n’as meme pas 24h et qu’on fait juste dormir une nuit…
