Great hotel close to a lot of shopping, Metrobus, and transportation, close to the main streets

The hotel was very nice , clean, Good service too .

El hotel excepcional en instalaciones. Solo un detalle con el personal del área de alberca. Los precios que tienen a la vista del menú, no estan actualizados y omitieron comentar que se agrega el 15% por alimento para propina y aparte nos cobraron el 10% sobre el total tambiwn de propina.

Maravilloso, todos súper queridos, el servicio muy bueno, la comida mejor y las instalaciones del hotel son geniales ✨✨ La piscina es climatizada y a mi hija le encantó.

Muy amplio el hotel, muy amable el personal... el buffete podría estar mejor.

Very good property

Amazing hotel which I would recommend. I have to say when I first arrived at the hotel, I thought it looked very functional and ordinary in the reception area. Therefore I thought that the stay would be a bit "ordinary". However it turned out to be an amazing hotel and we were pleased we chose it. The room was very spacious with a large en suite bathroom. The staff at the hotel were all professional and friendly and helped with any requests. The staff at breakfast were attentive and helpful. We did not use the swimming pool in the end - but we did see it and it looked very nice. The hotel may not look as grand as some of the historic hotels in the old centre or the modern hotels along Paseo de la Reforma - but I thought this hotel with its spacious rooms and helpful staff is a good solid hotel to stay in Mexico City.

El personal siempre amable en todo momento. Habitación super silenciosa, descansé muy bien.

Nuestro único problema es que el wifi nunca funcionó, y que el elevador era algo confuso de usar porque en ocasiones parecía sobreescribir en caso de que hubiese más de un piso. El diseño de la puerta del escusado fue algo malo porque se abre hacia adentro. Fuera de eso el personal fue muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia, la regadera muy buena y la cama muy agusto

En general la estancia bien , solo la atención del personal luego está algo lenta , y el servicio al cuarto si es súper tardado , también pedí una cobija y nunca la llevaron

If you are an American traveling to Mexico City I would not suggest this hotel. The reason being is the air conditioning does not work even though they say they have air conditioning I had a terrible sleep as it was 65° outside and God knows what in my room with the air conditioning supposedly working I complain and I was told if they switch me to another room it's going to be the same problem that was like 11:00 p.m. at night I fell asleep from exhaustion. If you're coming here when it's warm outside this is not the hotel to choose.

La alberca con pantalla y el gym están increíbles

Exceeded my expectations. I drove a large van, and the staff was very accomodative at letting us use two parking spaces and coaching us navigating the parking height restrictions. Rooms were as described, and public transportation connectivity is good. One block away from a Sanborn's restaurant and bus stops. Great balance of price and convenient location vs pricier or outdated options located closer to Reforma (Angel de la Independencia) wher parking options are much more expensive or limited.

En general es un buen hotel solo que el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra no es prácticamente mucho pero ya debería incluirse en el precio

Muy céntrico, buenas instalaciones y excelente servicio.

Enjoyed staying here! The only strange this was the pool and hotub. You need to wear a cap to be in the pool and make a reservation for the hotub. This wasn't ideal. But the facilities are very nice
