Uso spesso questa struttura, rispetto al passato è un po' in decadenza. Avrebbe bisogno di piccoli interventi di manutenzione che purtroppo non vengono fatti. Infine alcune scelte, come quella di togliere gli asciughini per il bidet dalla disponibilità dei clienti, che non è affatto condivisa. In generale struttura confortevole, comoda con i collegamenti da e per Torino e da e per l'aeroporto e con del personale eccellente per educazione e professionalità.

La stanza era accogliente e calda. Il personale un po' freddo.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché a Torino citta non ho trovato sistemazione per le date del mio soggiorno. Benino tutto sommato! Hotel dignitoso camera confortevole e spaziosa, pulita. Bene possibilità parcheggio, silenzio e a soli 10 minuti dalla città. Colazione "triste" manca frutta fresca , caffè improponibile ( a pagamento caffe e capuccino). Bene lo staff

Housekeeping was great, front desk somehow helpful. The facilities are extremely old, out of date, very small TVs, no cable, non-reliable wifi signal, non accessible transportation, even though the bus stop is a few blocks from the hotel buses won’t stop or display a sign of “completely full”, you will have to wait 30 minutes for the next bus hoping it stops. No restaurants around,

Ottima struttura di recezione sia per viaggi di piacere, sia per viaggi di lavoro poiché la location è abbastanza vicina ai centri di interesse.

Nice clean room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was perfect. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice little quite suburb area of Turino. I had a delightful walk around town. Hotel is is a great location for airport travel. It is right in between the Sadem Bus line stop to the airport and the SFMA train line to the airport. The Bus line runs more frequently and longer hours (I had an early flight and the train would have been too late). Timetables are on line. Ночевали после прилёта в Турин 1 ночь. Отель далеко не новый, но при этом всё чисто, бельё свежее и даже шерстяные одеяла после чистки. Завтрак хороший.

Zeer beperkte comfort, geen hotelbar, 2x enkele en dunne matrassen op een 2-persoonsbed ligt niet comfortabel. Echter, de prijs is wel laag. Woonwijk is ook rustig. Pas op voor airporttaxi die dit hotel te dichtbij vindt en probeert een creatieve hotelsurcharge af te troggelen.

Ceeck-in lungo. Camera spaziosa, nella norma Vicinanze all'aeroporto. Non sicuramente un 4 stelle.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, location ideale per le mie esigenze, pulizia buona e personale disponibile e cortese. Un po' datata la struttura e scarse e scomode le prese elettriche, con tutti i dispositivi che abbiamo oggi! Ma de resto non era un 5 stelle. Quindi feedback positivo.

Albergo pulito, ma molto fatiscente, diverse crepe sui muri e mobilio datato.

Economically priced with breakfast included bedroom had a/c quiet location close to airport and bus stop(a bus every 10 minutes to town centre) and train station

Bloke on reception was on the telephone when we arrived. On realising we were to check in, he took another two calls while we waited. Not impressed with the advice given when sought regarding;- 1) what sightseeing he recommended we prioritise. 2) how best to get into the centre of Turin. 3) car parking. We thought best not to ask where he recommended we eat. Room decoration was original and the wallpaper was coming away at the joints. There were cracks in the plaster underlying the wallpaper which had come through. Walls and ceiling badly stained where air conditioning filters had not been changed in accordance with maintenance requirements. Although parking was free outside, parking in the underground garage attracted a €5 surcharge. Hotel is located in a suburb miles from the city centre. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

This is a great place. Close to everything very comfortable. Family run place that works hard to take care of you and make you feel at home. If ever in la spezia again, this is where I’ll go.
