This hotel is really well situated right next to the Tube and mainline railway station. Lots of local shops nearby. Staff are nice and helpful. However, this trip was my first in a few months and they still have the problem with the internet being poor - when it works it is fine and the speed good but the connection keeps disappearing (wifi stays up but internet goes off). I have reported it numerous times on previous visits and I was frustrated to find it still has problems. The issue was present on all 4 of my connected devices.

Third visit to this hotel and once again I am pleased to say that all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities in the bar and restaurant were very good. The room and facilities were good too, however more attention needs to be undertaken regarding upgrading and ensuring everything works. For example the hairdryer and one bedside light didn’t work. Also no plug in the bathroom sink. All in all - a comfortable stay for the price.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage zum Bahnhof South Ruslip ist perfekt. Wir waren zu einem Konzert im Wembley Stadion und waren innerhalb von 15 Minuten dort. Echt super Anbindung.

Found lots of hair in the room. Used towels. AC did not work properly, especially during heat wave. Request for new room or fixed AC was declined. Overall, terrible experience.

The air conditioning is non existent in the rooms, according to the control panel our room remained above 32 degrees all night and this made it extremely difficult to sleep and extremely uncomfortable. Went to reception at 2am and was given the world’s most useless but loudest tower fan, had to place it vertically to stop it rattling but it barely functioned. Hotel staff most know it is a problem as when we arrived the door to our room was already held open. Everything else about the hotel is great, so this is extremely disappointing.

Excellent location to go on train for day in London. I bit noisy as it is near the train line. Seemed to have a problem with towels - only replaced with one set of towels after cleaning when there were two of us. Continental breakfast is ok. Parking only $10 for entire stay.

The whole place was beautifully clean and the public areas are truly elegant. Bedroom was a bit dated and the windows needed a good clean outside. Curtains barely covered the windows and so they let in a lot of light.

Rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Breakfast was good, staff helpful . Great location for tube into town. Parking good.

Room looking a little sad. Could do with shelving in bathroom for toothbrush etc… Ventilator making rattling noise constantly. Room on ground floor, no view and looking out at bins. Staff polite.

The room was clean but it was very dated , bald patches in carpet , one curtain would not pull across window, bed had 2 hard lumps, taps have erosion and are tarnished , the room needs a revamp x

The bed in room 210 was so squeaky it needs to be take out of service x as you in bed turn over the sounds kept me awake all night x Terrible sleep x Check out 11am cleaner knocking on door 10 am waking me up

The room was clean but the taps could do with a proper clean to remove the water stains.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a Wembley trip, and while the location was convenient, the hotel itself was really disappointing for the price. At £298 for two nights (and thats including hotels.com discount), I expected something much better. The room had mucky splatters on the wall which immediately made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The shower barely worked properly. Though powerful enough, it went hot and cold constantly. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, which made the room uncomfortable during the very hot weekend stay. Another annoyance was that we were only given one key card for the room, which is inconvenient when more than one person is staying. Especially a triple room. To be fair, the staff were pleasant enough and polite whenever we spoke to them, and the location is good if you’re heading to Wembley. Unfortunately, that’s about the only positive I can give. Overall, massively overpriced for the quality of the room and facilities provided.
