We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund.

Really nice place clean awesome staff not far from attractions. Only downside was no breakfast or coffee and the pool was kinda out of the way of where our room was no big deal nice place. Good price

We really enjoyed our stay at Living Stone. I will say however - on check in we were assigned a room on the Living Water retirement home side (the upper 2 floors are part of Living Stone)… on arriving in that room it felt very much like a retirement home. We also have a 2 year old who was very interested in doing lots of swimming in the indoor pool - from the retirement home rooms it would be quite a hike to the pool. We went back to reception and got switched to the Living Stone side where the room was smaller but furnished and decorated more like a hotel. It just felt like a hotel room vs the other side felt like being institutionalized. The elevator was broken during our stay and our room was on the 4th floor to accommodate other guests already on 2 and 3 - honestly the walk up the stairs was not bad at all during our stay. The pool was very good, was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was also nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful when called via phone. The rooms are not made up daily, only if you call for it. Overall we had a very good stay.

It was very difficult to get to the main lobby because of the retirement living on floors 1-4. We had to go out the back entrance and go around the hotel to get to amenities (front desk, indoor pool). We also asked the front desk for a couple of glasses for our room they said they would send them up we never received them. They room itself was clinical no decorations no lamps. The bathroom was ok. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Parking is ample, staff were very helpful & friendly. Only thing missing is a restaurant on site.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms and common areas were very clean. There are many things to do in the area with lots of good hikes at Blue Mountain which are free. The Marina restaurant is a 10 minute walk away with excellent service, food and views.

The elevator hadn't been working for days before we arrived. We were on the 5th floor so had to walk up each time. They kept saying it would be working the next day. We were supposed to stay for 5 nights but cancelled the last night due to the stairs. I have knee and ankle issues. When we checked in, the first person at the desk was very rude and didn't have my full reservation. You had to ask for towels, any other services had to be asked for such as cleaning of bathroom. They only clean the rooms once you check out. The other 2 people at the desk were very good and apologized for the elevator not working. They only had a room available on the 3rd floor if we wanted to move. I would not recommend staying here. They charge a resort fee for nothing. We refused to pay that.

We stayed two nights. No house keeping, no coffee refilled . But I could get one bag at the reception.

Rooms are old but clean. It was confusing to get to and hotel is split. It was an okay stay, it was quiet. Pool is old but open early and later. I wouldn't actively choose to stay at this hotel again, but I wouldn't be upset to stay again if the price was right. An over "meh' experience

It was better than the last time I was there

My only issue was that I reported to main desk that I have no hot water for showers and nothing was done about it. I stayed two days with cold showers.

Great place to stay very clean comfortable bed great sleep value for money would highly recommend to put this on top of the list of places to stay will return later this year

Night staff needs to learn how to deal with people and not argue with them when they have general questions. such as why am I being charged an extra 15$ that wasn't mentioned on the reservation.. simple questions requure simple answers not rude and condescending ones. and after that experience and hauling all my stuff to the room upstairs, coincidentally, my room key didnt work and I had to track it all the way back down with all my stuff to request a new key. Coincidence... No, I don't think so... its okay, its a family place so be prepared for family yelling and kids screaming and running down the halls etc. nighttime is quite tho. Day staff was pleasant. Location good. Prices fair. Rooms were comfortable. Busier than blue mountain village suites in the off season ironically, must be the indoor pool. They have farm eggs in a fridge for purchase which is very nice.. and very fair.

The room was clean but the carpet looked dirty even if ots brown could see some stains on the carpet and the chairs. Otherwise staff were outstanding and the property is at a very good location.

The front desk check in staff were so rude and it ruined the full experience. The room was a bit dated and the overall resort was tired. Not many amenities and overall just not worth it. Stay somewhere else
