Localização muito boa , quarto , chuveiro , lençóis ….. e café da manhã muito bons

Excelente hospedagem, academia e sauna excelentes, quartos confortáveis, hot bem localizado.

La habitación en muy malas condiciones, cortinas mal puestas, no cierran, no hay vasos, incomoda la regadera, lavabo muy estrecho, la cama hundida, una de las almohadas huele a sudor. Hotel luce muy bien, pero la habitación noesta a la altura de la imagen del hotel.

Café da manhã muito bom, quarto sempre limpo e organizado e localização excelente. Custo benéfico excelente, podendo ainda usar o spa e piscina do Sheraton que são relaxantes.

O hotel foi ótimo a equipe de atendimento foi maravilhosa me ajudou inclusive com questões do voo. Quarto Amplo, bem Limpo e muito bem localizado. Café da amanhã com grande variedade. Vale muito a pena, voltaria com certeza.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April. We got room 401 which was very spacious, had 2 balconies and a massive TV. The only thing I didn't like was the open plan bathroom concept. Location is great, and you'll be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and seating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool, even on a very hot day, it was too cold to use. We didn't try the indoor one.

The hotel itself is great, a good location, nice restaurants, clean spacious rooms, and friendly/helpful staff. We only had two challenges, one was keeping the room at a comfortable temperature, appears it is controlled by the front desk and was either freezing or a bit warm. Our other challenge was with the conceige, Gustavo, who couldn't deliver on his commitment to provide and English tour of the Bonfonti winery. At the last minute we were told the English tour would be an additional $40 after we paid an agreed price. Qhe we pushed back he said it was all sorted but when we arrived there was no English tour. Gustavo tried to compensate with a bottle of wine, which was good, but still we felt deceived. Other than that, it was all good

Internet was good...in restaurant/bar areas Staff were good breakfast was good

Lovely hotel, very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and we also ate in the La Cabrera restaurant it was excellent. We could use the pool at The Sheraton nextdoor and the Casino was nice for a couple hours. All staff were very helpful and friendly I would recommend Huentala and their wines are good too!

The great thing about this hotel is that is next to the “sisters” hotels that are great a you can use their amenities. The lobby of the Huentala is very nice like a classic hotel from years ago. I had problem with the room I got because the view was a wall to the next building, When we returned the next 3 days, we were given “an upgrade” to the Hualta hotel and the room was great. People were friendlier than at the Huentala. The hotel was kind enough to let us store our luggage for 2 days while we traveled North. The breakfast buffet was great.

Uma experiência maravilhosa. Amei

Hotellet är ett av tre hopbyggda hotell som man kan gå inomhus emellan. Personalen oerhörd vänlig och allmänna utrymmen stiliga. Men standardrummet var slitet och ofräscht med fläckiga gardiner och matta. Rummet var mycket litet. Sedan möts man av olika besked om vad som gäller. Ett exempel är att vinbutiken hälsade oss välkomna på att provsmaka viner innan vi åt på hotellets restaurang vilket vi gjorde och blev vänligt bemötta en kväll. Den andra gången då vi skulle testa andra sorter för eventuellt köp blev det ett bryskt nej och att det var bara gratis för ett av de andra hotellens gäster. Dessutom var herr A inte speciellt trevlig. Å andra sidan vill vi plussa för flesta som serverade på La Cabrera inte minst Agustina och Geraldo.Maten var dessutom högklassig.
