Très bien situé pour les visites à pied du centre ville, plateau Mont-Royal , vieux port et proche du métro . Le personnel est toujours souriant et vous renseigne pour toutes demandes . Chambre bien entretenue et service niquel . Nous recommandons cet hôtel et reviendrons avec plaisir .

Although the place was very nice,clean, and friendly, i couldn't help but notice how they staff kept parking their carts by my rm door which make it a little difficult to get around . Then there was the issue about the bed. I reqested a queen size bed but got a full with graffiti clean up on it

It was very noisy. I could hear the people next room chatting. I also heard the clerk's chit chatting at the front desk. It was hard to fall asleppe. Very very noisy

Great for price

Rooms were clean, service was good, location was close to both Metro and shopping/restaurants. Our only complaint would be due to the age of the building it was not very private/quiet. We could hear our neighbours and people in the hall, and with older wooden floors, unfortunately our downstairs neighbours complained about our child running around in the room in the late afternoon.

Good for the price, I found the neiburhood was dirty

Good enough

The concierge last March 21 at 10 am was very accommodating and kind she let us check in earlier than were supposed and very helpful. Hotel is not bad, Restaurants and facilities are very close to it. Would come back again soon. Thank you for the service.

Cleanliness and being safe.

Construction around the whole area for blocks. Room was clean but there looked to be blood stains all over the carpet. Front desk staff was very accommodating

Other than there being no temperature control in the room and it being so hot I had to sleep with the window open and it being -2c it was not bad. Convenient location next to metro, easy to find and accessable, lots to do nearby and in a quiet area.
