The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely with lots of art everywhere. It was very relaxing and quiet while also close to the center of the city.

Un día no nos arreglaron la habitación ( habíamos estado todo el día fuera). Y en el restaurante no dejaban cargar lo que consumíamos a la habitación. Era muy incómodo estar pagando a cada rato

The property is so beautiful, it is a destination unto itself with several museums, ruins, a crypt and antiquities everywhere. The room was immaculately clean and I splurged, so I had a dining room, living room and jacuzzi, along with a double rain shower stall which was amazing. The bed was really comfortable and I got a very good night's sleep. I ate at the Refectario, and the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The staff wants to please the guests, and that is very appreciated. I had a disappointing experience at the spa, but the spa manager immediately offered me a discount for my treatment, which was fine. The one comment I would make for English speaking travelers coming to Antigua, you will need to understand basic phrases in Spanish or it will be very challenging for you to get around. Most people I met, including the hotel staff, know very little English.

Un hotel espectacular, es una joya arquitectónica donde han sabido armonizar áreas verdes, arte, historia, comodidad. El personal tanto de bar, restaurante y limpieza muy amables y siempre con una sonrisa. Solo el personal de recepción es muy serio y deja de ser amigable.

I was next to a closet for the employees so i would hear every time they would get thing's from the closet.

After 37 minutes waiting for my room after the 3:00pm check in time, I noticed other people getting cold drinks and towels for the heat. And I was given none. When i finally was given my key I got to my room and the cleaning staff was still doing their work. Not what one would expect from the supposd best hotel in Antigua

The premises were a convent and are rebuilt to be modern with a great staff, gardens, spa and delicious meals!!!

This property is beautiful!! Everything was amazing. Staff wad great!! Restaurant and Spa were amazing!!
