Check in was a disaster the self check kiosk did not work after trying multiple times and i also had two wait in a very long line to use it then after i didn’t work i headed over to the customer service desk the employees were very rude and disrespectful and kept on asking personal questions and took very long to check me in and hand me the room keys and they were also saying stuff to each other in there language which i didn’t understand but i presume it was racism and swearing towards us. The room was ok everything was clean accept for the shower it did not work properly and splashed water everywhere and made a mess when showering. Overall us was very disappointed with the staff and the lack of communication from the staff would not recommend !!! 😠

They let you check in at the hotel next door, it is a real hassle checking in with their little kiosk that barely worked, did not work for me

To get any in-person assistance you have to go to the hotel next door. The self check in machine is ok, but if you book through a third party site it won’t register and will have you pay the stay again. Thankfully the staff understood and was able to accommodate me.

appartement plutôt négligé niveau propreté. Tv compliqué sans chaîne française direct. Mais correct dans l’ensemble. Bon accueil a la réception. Le restaurant situé a côté fait une paella exceptionnelle. Belle surprise

Better than expected . I arrived late and the check in was stress free. The shower is amazing and the spacious kitchen is what’s up

No bar, this property was an apartment with Hyatt Regency this was a small apt. Next door. No pool no daily cleaning. It was very nice inside. If you needed anything you had to go to the hotel next door. It was Very quiet in the apt. There could have had a pop machine.

The place is older and feels musty inside. The kitchen is small and looked like it had water damage. The shower water pressure would come and go. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than what it actually is. Location is also far from everything fun going on

La habitación estaba limpia, muy amplia, todo funcionaba bien: baño, microondas, etc, la cama muy cómoda. El único problema y digo "problema" real son los ruidos. De vez en cuando, la estructura de aluminio de la fachada cruje. Especialmente por la mañana, entre las 5:30 y las 9:00. Olvídate de dormir a esas horas. Es como si estuvieran de obras, solo que no hay obra. Si no fuera por eso, el hotel está bien. Eso sí, pagar más de 200€ por noche y tener esos ruidos... Recomiendo mejor cualquier otro hotel.

Ducharte era lo mismo que inundar el baño no fueron capaces de pasar una fregona y si que lo vieron

Excelente estadía solo faltan señalamientos del hotel

Habitacion limpia, instalaciones estupendas, buenas zonas de relax, se agradece la maquina de cafe y te en la entrada

This apartment did not deserve the stars it is published for. There is no manned reception, the kitchen is very poor, microwave had the wrong plate, this almost unusable, not acceptable for the price of the apartment, air-conditioning not responding to temperature settings. Barcelona City Center is quite far away, however easy to reach by the metro. Metro station quite nearby. The shower should be very good if it would be maintained property. Bed was very comfortable. Every service against additional payment, not nice. Not very spacious either.

Room was nice, a bit dated table but overall ok. Breakfast was nice with a variety to suit all tastes

El check in es muy tardado por ser a través de una computadora. En el piso de abajo hay un bar y toda la noche se escucho ruido

Great location for getting the metro, nice little park next to it, supermarket. Linked hotel very helpful. Lack of food places to eat around. For what we needed as a family and to get into city centre perfect.

Clean room, which was ready for our late arrival. Located a little out of the city, but with easy metro access.

Leider war die Bar mit dem Glas Dach ganz oben mit der Ausicht zu! Laut Personal wird renoviert, das fanden wir schade da wir das Hotel auch deswegen gebucht haben. An sich war alles gut METRO Haltestelle war Dierekt in der Nähe 👍
