Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was at this hotel!!! 100/10 , they made my mom’s 75th birthday a dream come true! They helped with transport and met the most amazing chauffeur, Egidio. Lucia went above and beyond prior to our stay and after, she was so helpful and helped us so much. The view is beautiful and really was a glimpse at God’s work! Get a room with a balcony is a must. It is a little outside Sorrento but a short bus ride on the EVA 008 gets you to city center! Here is my mom’s review: My daughter took me to Bellavista for my 75th birthday. It was the most beautiful, amazing place I’ve ever been to! I woke up to see the beautiful ocean view from my bedroom! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I had the most delicious consome, I have ever had in my entire life! I will never forget this beautiful place and my daughter and I are planning to return next year or maybe sooner! Love Sorrento, love Italy for its beautiful people, places, beaches, great food and breathtaking beaches. I will be back,hopefully very soon! We definitely will return to this specific hotel! The pool and its view was spectacular and it had the best breakfast and restaurant . It’s a family hotel and you can tell, the staff was always kind and helpful! They took care of my mom’s medicine with care! Stay here!

We had an amazing time, the hotel staff was wonderful and really helpful with any queries we might had. The rooftop pool was a one of our favorite features of the hotel, and loved chilling and having our drinks till later. Food at the restaurant was also fantastic and the breakfast had everything we could wish for. Getting to the hotel and from the hotel it's also very easy once you figure out which bus line goes from Sorrento. The bus stop in front of the Hotel is by request, and it was super handy for us that were traveling without a car. 1000% recommend!

Easy to get to, very well situated easy bus access to get into town and loved all the amenities. Great staff and net some awsome guest.

Beautifully maintained family-run hotel, with a lovely pool area and gorgeous views. The food and service at the restaurant are exceptional. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back is there is no shuttle service to and from Sorrento. The city-bus stops every 20 minutes right in front of the hotel lobby, which is a short scenic ride to town. The bus stops do not have signs, so it took us a while to find the bus stop going back to the hotel.

Decent property, staff pretty nice and helpful….the hassling for the towels is what was most frustrating…. It’s hot there, I sweat a lot so I carried a towel to walk with everyday….each day they wanted to make sure the towel was returned…. Started to be annoying…..

Beautiful hotel outside of Sorrento with amazing views of Capri Island from your room. The sunsets were spectacular and can be taken in every evening from the roof top pool/bar area. The restaurant was excellent with a variety of selections for breakfast and dinner. The views at dinner are breath taking - hews of pink and purple on the horizon. Excursions can be booked at the hotel and providers pick you up and drop you off from there so it makes transportation easy. Bus 108 runs right by the hotel every day and is the most economical transport to Sorrento $2 euro one-way. Parking is hard to find in Sorrento and taxis will run $50 euro one-way. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing Amalfi Coast experience.

I had an greedy time in this hotel. Breakfast would be better since it was very limited choice but the overall experience was great. The location is a bit far, making it hard to come back to hotel at nights if you don’t have a car. I had to take bus and it is not working after the midnight and taxi is around 60 euros each way.

Old hotel needs a lot of work (remodeling) Staff had wrong information about most of our questions except one night shift front desk guy name Jose was helpful and nice.

Our family paid $2,437.64 for two rooms through Hotels.com, and this was one of the WORST hotel experiences we have ever had. Before arrival, I asked the hotel either to approve cancellation or provide current photos confirming the rooms matched the online listings. They refused both and assured me the descriptions were accurate. They were not. The “Junior Suite” was not a suite in any meaningful sense—just a bedroom, small bathroom, and terrace. It lacked the advertised living area, sofa, shower/tub combo, and amenities. Our children’s room was in a separate building area far from ours, which was completely impractical for a family. I also have a serious back condition, yet our room required climbing about 50 stairs with no elevator access. NEVER disclosed. Worst of all, our room had water leaking from the air-conditioning unit with visible black and pink mold beneath it. I am highly allergic to mold. We immediately reported it and asked for another room or proper cleaning. The hotel claimed it was fully booked, and despite my specific request that the mold be cleaned while we were at dinner, nothing was done. We had to sleep with the sliding door open for air, with no screens, and I woke up with mosquito bites on my face. The next morning, we left and requested a refund for the remaining nights. Despite misleading room descriptions, accessibility issues, mold, water damage, and failure to remediate, the hotel refused any refund or compensation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and provided a wonderful service. Breakfast was great every day and the wait staff in the restaurant in the evening were fantastic. The two guys that ran the pool bar were awesome as well. Massages were great and we used the sauna and indoor thermal pool as well. We were sad to leave when we did but most certainly will be back. Ciao ciao.

Our stay was excellent, very clean , good simple breakfast but plenty of it. Main restaurant was very good and good value as well. The view we had from our balcony over capri was great. Bus just outside the door both ways. 20 minutes into sorrento and just €2 euros each. Beautiful pool with bar and food at lunchtime if you want to eat. Tranquil to be able to get away from the main towns. Only slight downside is no shop close by but other than that perfect.

Excellent hotel and right at a bus station to get into central sorrento. Beautiful views and felt very quiet and boutique. Very classy hotel and good restaurant, 10/10!!

What a hidden gem this hotel was! Nice clean comfy room, and the view over the bay of Naples was absolutely spectacular. Staff friendly and helpful, restaurant had a good choice, and was an easy bus ride onto town if wanted to eat at the any local restaurants. Will definitely be returning.

The room and view were especially beautiful. A great balcony! The staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed my visit immensely.

L'accueil de l'hôtel (par la responsable de l'établissement) est décevant ; il n'est de surcroît pas tenu compte des demandes particulières : nous sollicitions un étage élevé ; on nous a donné le premier étage, accès direct sur la route. En revanche, l'accueil au restaurant et la qualité de la restauration sont à souligner. La piscine est un gros atout de cet hôtel.
