I was very disappointed with my stay. The first day the towels were not changed I tried to communicate with the hotel 7 times when I booked my stay with no answer. When I arrived I mentioned this to the receptionist and she could not care less. I found the reception staff to be unhelpfull and one in particular to be quite rude. However the staff in one of their other resorts La Carla were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them before this place. Very unhappy and would not return

We had a room facing the sea and it was great. Payed a little penny for breakfast and was pleasantly surprized with quality, ammount and variety. Would visit again

Veldig fin beliggenhet, fin utsikt fra balkongen og kort vei til stranden. Bare en kort tur opp til hovedgaten for å ta buss til Palma. Rent og fint på rommet. Frokosten var veldig bra. Litt slitent er det jo, men alt i alt et veldig bra hotell. Fikk god hjelp av personalet i resepsjonen når vi lurte på noe.

We will never endure another stay at this hotel. It is run down and dirty. The majority of the staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all. The beautiful pictures ain’t telling a truthful story. At breakfast they harass you to tell you that the kitchen closes at 10:30 as if it’s the clients fault. When you sit outside they bang the crockery and cutlery so bad closer to 10:30 making the breakfast experience completely horrible. They have no empathy for late comers. You snooze you lose… that’s the philosophy which we find extremely rude and unprofessional. Never will we stay there again!!!

Super hôtel, personnel sympathique, bien placé avec une jolie chambre vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le seul bémol est le stationnement, et l’insonorisation des chambres.

The room was very clean and maintained daily. Breakfast buffet was well supplied with something for everyone. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the balcony door was malfunctioning and very difficult to open. And an electrical outlet in the room, to the right of the television, was inoperative. I reported both of these problems but nothing was done in the remaining two days we were there. I would definitely return to this property as it was a nice stay.

El desayuno es bueno. La habitación muy pequeña y con cero cortesías. Creo que necesita algo de mantenimiento en general.

Parfait bien situé et de qualité

Room was lovely over looking the beach, in a great location and the bus stop really close by. Overall a lovely little break, it could be a little noisy on a night when people were coming back in but that happens at most hotels. There wasn't any evening meals or entertainment but there is plenty to do nearby with bars and restaurants. A 20 minute bus ride to Palma, we had a great time and I would return.

Frühstück war okay, Kaffee war aber ungenießbar, von sehr schlechter Qualität. In der Dusche waren noch Haare. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Tägliche Handtücherwechsel genau so wie Flasche Flasche aufs Zimmer. Und der Ausblick war 10/10

Le personnel était courtois. J’ai changé de chambre car la chambre réservée était très bruyante( bruit de plomberie) J’ai eu un surclassement de chambre ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Le détails des inclusions et services n’étaient pas comme dans la description d’Expedia: sauna et bain vapeur payant Frais pour serviette de plage Déjeuners variés avec fruits frais, mais mets chauds pas vraiment chauds…

Hotel was very old and not well kept.

I stort sett bra , nu var vi där i oktober o det skiljer säkert om man är där i augusti., frukost god ,fin utsikt, det enda mindre bra var tv funktionen o att det var svårt att hitta personal i baren ibland

Overall fairly average, staff were nice & helpful but the room was poor. Dirty mirrors, mould around air con unit and the room as a whole just felt tired
