This place was fantastic! The room was amazing and super clean. Breakfast was great. Right across from Wegmans, and tons of restaurants. What isn't to love about this place??

Clean, updated and breakfast was free. My tv didnt work though. Im sure if i would have asked, it would have been taken care of but i didnt care enough to bother them.

I loved our stay. Checking-in was fast and they even accommodated me arriving earlier than I anticipated. I frequent the area often and will definitely be returning.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and great for 2 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We did have to put a towel in front of the front door - the gap was a little too thick of our comfort but not really a huge issue.

The room was spacious, it was close to what we wanted to see, and breakfast was good.

Was very clean spelled misty in room. Rooms need some renovating. Stains on carpets, furniture, etc.

We stayed here for 1 night during our roadtrip and it was perfect.. clean, friendly, affordable, & the free breakfast was good too! Also had a lot of food and shopping so close to it which was a bonus.

Great front end staff

We chose this hotel because of amenities , price, proximity and reviews for our granddaughters wedding. We found the room to be exceptionally well equipped, big, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we could want as well as a nice place to eat. The living room was spacious with a couch and tables. The bed was big and comfortable as was the bathroom. I require a handicap accessible room due to mobility issues and this room was perfect. I was most impressed with the big tv which had an easy to use remote! The breakfast was free and had a good selection of items every day. The area had plenty of tables, the food was hot and tasty, and staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay in Fredericksburg!

It was so clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy and accommodating as well. 10/10

This was a perfect nights stay for my family of 6 including 4 teenagers. We had a 3 room suite. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a full pull out couch. Also had 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen. The bedding was very clean as was everything! We will definitely stay again.

Desk clerks- not too friendly- but room was clean- spacious, comfortable. Location was terrific.

It has a swimming pool and spa but they were closed"for the season" They don't say that on the website. We only stayed here to have a spa and swim. Everything is a bit souless. On the plus side the rooms are big.

Room smelled musky and had a weird smell. By the time I woke up in the morning my chest felt tight and I was wheezing. I typically only get like that from being allergic to cats.

Great stay for a family trip! The staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious. You really can’t go wrong with having a separate sleeping and living space with a large family.

Arrived and everything seemed fine. Once into the room the bathroom was covered in hair and was not clean. The rest of the room was fine. The next morning breakfast was burnt and one of the ladies cooking the breakfast was in the back hacking like crazy. The ladies by the front desk were gossiping about other co-workers. Just overall not a good experience. Very unprofessional
