Amazing property with an incredible staff but the air conditioning did not work and trying to sleep was miserable

Friendly professional staff and clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Not many options for food if arriving after 22:30.

L'hôtel est très bien placé car il est juste en face des arrivées et départs du T3. Il faut juste traverser la rue où les vans des hôtels attendent l'arrivée des clients. Les repas sont chers. L'heure maximale de départ est midi mais à 11:45 la carte ne fonctionne déjà plus pour rentrer dans la chambre... Ce n'est pas logique.

The soap, body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty, only realized this once I was under the shower, not great washing yourself with hair conditioner after a long day traveling. Mövenpick needs to check their rooms better. On the positive, you can’t beat the location, easy walk to the airport terminal

Arrived late in the evening. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Well done team!

Great hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and most helpful (both the front desk and restaurant. I had stayed previously at this property primarily due to its proximity to the airport. On the downside, I mistakenly entered public parking above the hotel. The desk staff informed me Mövenpick had their own parking and would validate my parking ticket. After paying 6 euros for my 20 min stay in the public lot, I relocated to the hotel parking. Thinking it was free, I was surprised to find I was charged 32 euros for parking. On another note, I made a reservation in the restaurant more than a month prior to my arrival. Due to the parking mixup and only being given one room key at check-in, my wife was unable to get ready for dinner as I had the only key which was needed to power the room. I visited the restaurant and informed them we would be 30 minutes late. The person to be our server indicated this was not a problem and showed me the table by the window that I had requested. When we arrived for dinner, I was informed our table had been taken by another guest and when he was informed the table was reserved, he refused to move. Our server was so kind and embarrassed about the situation, I decided not to make an issue of it.
