Fabulous property in a beautiful area full of history.

Egentlig et veldig koselig sted. Dessverre klarte de ikke å styre air condition, så vi slet oss gjennom tre netter med 25 grader på rommet. Lufting mulig ut i gang, ikke i friskluft, så dette ble slitsomt. Veldig skuffet over at de ikke fikk orden på dette.

Perfect place to stay.

We love the authenticity of the hotel Rubenstein. A lot of history in a historic area. The hotel staff and bar staff were wonderfully accommodating. Highly recommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Matratze war leider zu weich und im Badezimmer sollten die Halterungen für die Dusche, die Handtücher und die Toilettenbürste repariert werden. Als der Abfluss vom Waschbecken defekt war, haben wir sofort ein anderes, sehr schönes Zimmer, bekommen.

Schönes Hotel am Platz im jüdischen Viertel. Guter Service, gutes Frühstück. Restaurant.Terrasse mit Bar im 6. Stock. Einige Zimmer haben kein Fenster nach draussen, nur zum Flur. Werden nur mit Klimaanlage belüftet.Vor der Tür jüdische Restaurants mit Klezmer. Sehr zu empfehlen das Klezmer Hois. Fussläufig zum angesagten Ausgehviertel.

Nice place

Bra hotell som låg utanför gamla stan, men mycket mysigt med ett torg som var lugnt och hade en del uteserveringar.

The property was clean and is kept in good condition. There were issues with the A/C in our room that were not fully addressed by the staff.

Great location, helpful staff. Rooms need a bit of modernising and bathrooms need a towel rack

This hotel is fabulous and set in a nice square with lots of other bars and restaurants. The breakfasts are amazing and apart from the continental buffet, you can order eggs (scrambled, fried or boiled) and sausages. If you want omelettes or pancakes, there is a small additional charge. The roof top bar is super and we spent a nice evening there relaxing after our trip to Auschwitz. The hotel will make you a packed lunch for 50PLN which we ordered when we went to Auschwitz. It was really good, loads to eat. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and a real asset to the hotel. We had a lovely room on the top floor with very comfortable beds. You may need extra pillows as they are too soft and thin. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel and we wouldn't hesitate about staying here again.

Loistavalla sijainnilla Kazimierzin sydämessä oleva hotelli, jonka kattoterassilta loistavat näkymät yli kaupungin. Lähistöllä paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Tunnelma hotellin edessä olevalla aukiolla rentouttava ja taitavien muusikoiden elävöittävä.

Krakow şehir merkezinde oldukça konforlu, her yere yakın, çalışanlar çok samimi, rahat bir otel. Ancak kahvaltı çok zengin değil.

Tyvärr var detta vackra hotell en besvikelse. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte och servicen var inte bra. Frukosten medioker. Läget däremot är utmärkt.
