Very disappointed with the whole experience at this hotel. The positive was the room was a decent size and you could see the sea between the tower blocks. Breakfast was ok but there are much better and cheaper places to eat nearby.
The service was terrible, the staff were indifferent at best and at time rude and unhelpful. The room was in need of a refresh as was the bathroom. The aircon didn’t work and we reported this but we’d told it was turned off by the hotel, this made the room too hot with the widows closed or too noisy with them open. Finally, the hotel tried to overcharge us for breakfasts we never had. There are loads of places to stay in Cadiz, I’d not come back here and I suggest you look for somewhere less overpriced and more caring of its guests.
